I had a simple custom request and the barista's reaction honestly made me feel uncomfortable for even asking. The facial expressions and attitude felt very dismissive instead of helpful or welcoming. I totally understand not every order is standard, but as a customer you shouldn't feel awkward ordering a drink. What made it stand out even more is that I had gone to Pure Grind Coffee & Juice Bar the day before, and their barista actually asked around and tried to help make my drink the way I wanted it. That kind of effort and kindness goes a long way. I'm big on supporting local businesses, so this review isn't about being dramatic just honest.
