This was our first time renting from this company and our experience has been TERRIBLE! Brittany has HORRIBLE customer service skills (if you could even classify them as that) and has been nothing short of miserable to work with. We rented our trailer, were charged TWICE for the deposit, and here we are, two weeks later and still NO REFUND FOR OUR DUPLICATE CHARGE! And that's just the beginning... We had a blowout on the trailer we rented while making our way to our destination and ultimately had to replace all four tires due to the fact that they were all different sizes and near bald. $500 later, a trailer that isn't ours has new tires. Have we received our refund for the tires? NO! And what's even better...NO RESPONSE FROM BRITTANY WHEN WE ASK ABOUT IT! We will be contacting the BBB and pursuing further recourse if necessary in order to get our money back because it is rightfully ours. Our experience with Trailer Time RV rentals was THE WORSE experience I have ever had with a business. So the story goes, I lost my job in January and needed to rent my NEW RV out to help make its payment. We went to Brittany at Trailer Time and let her know that we were interested in renting our RV out. I proceeded to tell her how picky I was about my RV. She assured me that they screen the renters thoroughly, credit check, etc., and that she would consider our motor home as she does her own..... Well she's a sweet talker and a promise maker. But what she does not disclose is the fact that she will rent your RV out and not put it on the books. This way, you don't know about it, and she's getting paid for it. Three occasions, that we know of, my husband stopped in and our RV was not there. Her excuse, on all occasions, was that it was a last minute rental extension, or a day was added on. Did we get paid for that? NO! Another thing that happened (among many) is that she had one of her " faithful renters" take our RV out and hooked it up to the wrong amperage! So, Shawn, at Trailer Time told us our Converter went out, causing our microwave to blow out and the front TV did not work. Well, instead of charging the renter for the damages, she charged us 700.00.... Which was coincidentally our June income from renting it out. Brittany would rather disappoint us and not her "faithful customer" who doesn't know how to operate an RV. We have scratches on our cabinets and a chunk out of our refrigerator door. A cracked windshield and the mirror in the bathroom was broken. So this is how she repairs things..... She put a wood putty on the refrigerate door and cabinets. Put a mirror in the bathroom that does not match or line up with the one next to it. "Repaired" the windshield instead of replacing it.... OH Ya!! The microwave that was broken, well she got one out of a buddies garage and put it in!!!! My RV was delivered back to me dirty with fingerprints, sand and God knows what is on the carpets in the bedroom!!!!! Whatever you do, stay away from this company!!! They are crooks!!!!! So I'll go on... There is a dent in my floor, my shower does not open right, half the lights on my awning are out. The blind above my sink won't go down. A 90,000.00 RV mind you!!!!!! I'll be reporting her business and her business license should be revoked!!!! Oh!!! And it just took us 3 1/2 hours to clean it!!!! Brittany let us out of our contract because she broke the contract by renting it out on days without our knowledge. Just an FYI, it never came to us clean after being used. I can appreciate normal wear and tear, but there is no excuse for faulty repairs. The most recent find, was our dead battery that we now have to replace. Your only supposed to run the battery down to 50% and you must charge it!! I also sent a text regarding the broken mirrors faulty repair to Btittany, asking for it to be fixed properly, that was ignored, prompting my review. So I called Trailer Time and was greeted right away. The lady was nice and gave me a great price. I said I need a hitch though and she told me no problem. I was like way too cool. They are real nice here. I saw the trailer and thought this one is perfect. Trip was great. This thing was with out a problem and ran great. This is were it takes a -10 star turn for the worst, I dropped the trailer off and the guy looked at it with me, a walk around if you will, and said "ALL GOOD" That to me means there is no problem with the trailer. So I left and thought all was good. I had to call 4 times to see where my refund was for the security deposit. When I called AFTER 3 WEEKS WITH OUT A REFUND. She told me "Oh Sorry but I sent you an email you should read that. So basically she avoided the problem thinking I wouldn't call back and be ok with -70.00 for cleaning that I never should have been charged for. I think she forgot that when I drop it off and it was clean and the guy said "ALL GOOD" that normally means thank you. In closing: After getting my money back from my credit card company I need to tell others. This is not how you run a business. You can not call 3 weeks after dropping off the trailer and charge me for cleaning. It was "All Good" when I dropped off and to wait 3 weeks later and charge me. NO WAY!. Run run. Do not trust these people. Britney sounds so sweet but is a snake in disguise. I booked 3 weeks before my trip. Wanted to see the rv 3 different times before my trip and Something always came up. Rv isn't there. Or not ready to show or in the shop. Finally the day of rental I text - no response. call and leave a message asking when I can pick it up. Then finally I get a call back from a guy saying they had to drop the engine for repairs and the rv was in available. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication. They then offered me a huge rv that I was not comfortable driving 39ft. I saw the pics and outside was gorgeous. Inside was trashy. Stains. Broken closet, drawer and front seats were mangled. I would love to share pics. Let me know who wants to see them. I sent the pics back to them and was told you can either take it the way it is or rent somewhere else and if I chose too they'd give me a full refund so I can rent somewhere else. They then said your refund will be there in 3 business days. I waited 5. Kept telling me it's coming. Then said 7-10 business days. Said they made a typo. Lies lies. Shady people. Charged 500. We rented a trailer thru Trailer Time Rentals. Everything went fine except more than 6 months later and we have yet to get our security deposit back. There was no damage or even any claim of any damage by Trailer Time or Outdoorsy that released the deposit hold. I've contacted Brittany many times without getting any response back. read more

My experience with this company could not have been any worse. Our trailer had no power or water all weekend. I was told at 9:30 pm on our first night when the smoke alarm started blaring (no smoke) that the battery was low and I could unplug all the power or go to the store and buy and new ($100+) battery. It wasn't until about 6pm the next night that a new battery was installed so we went without power all day and for the majority of my daughters birthday party. As soon as we had to turn the generator off on the 2nd night the power went out again. Kids froze had no light, no water, no toilet all weekend! The guy who picked up the trailer was great and apologized for the disaster and said they should make this right and refund some of your money to which I agreed. I called and texted several times to talk to the owner about getting my deposit back and maybe a small refund but she would not answer my calls. My deposit still hasn't been returned despite leaving the trailer in immaculate condition. Our weekend was ruined and it put a huge damper on my daughters birthday party. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. First the trailer was an hour late arriving. When it arrived, the tanks needed dumped. We said dont worry about it, we had a strict schedule and were already behind and going to hit traffic, but they insisted stating "it's only down the street, be back in 20 minutes". They return TWO HOURS LATER, meaning we have now waited three hours in the sun. They assured me it was good to go...I should have known better. We set up camp before realizing there's no propane, no fresh water, nothing. Not even toilet paper, they give you nothing. So we basically rented a fancy tent. No showers, no heater, nothing. Then we got a flat on the way home (which happens) but surprise, no tools onboard to change it. Luckily I had my own. We return it on time and immaculately clean, even though our vacation was ruined. They say (in writing) they will refund both the deposit and rental fee for the trouble. But guess what, it's been a month and nothing! I have called and texted several times, always with some bullshit answer like, oh, we did that already. These people are unprofessional bullshitters, don't waste your time and money with them, go ANYWHERE ELSE!! Update: After multiple calls and texts they finally refunded the deposit, but reneged on the rental refund, now stating a partial refund is what they meant. Man, what a lousy experience. The reason we even knew about Trailer Time was because of our search on Yelp to find a Trailer Rental Business with good reviews. Well, here is how our experience transpired. We went into Trailer Time and inquired about a rental for the July 4th holidays. We were told that they had the "30' Bunkhouse" available, if we could have it back on July 5th early enough for them to take it and set it up in San Diego. We agreed. We put our deposit of $300 down (half of the rental fee) and was told by Brittany that we would pay the balance when we came in to pick up the "Bunkhouse". Okay. Agreed. Signed their "Contract" to reflect the previous information. On July 3rd, we called, talked to Brittany to get stats on the trailer to make sure we had the right rig and brakes to accommodate the "30' Bunkhouse". She gave us all the info and we thought we were good to go. We were scheduled to pick up the "Bunkhouse" just before closing as we all worked that day. Arrived at Trailer Time only to find out that the "30' Bunkhouse" we reserved had been "DOUBLE BOOKED" were the words the attendant made. We asked to speak to Brittany. He said he text her expecting word back. We waited. (he mentioned she was at her "part-time job down the street"). The attendant tried to give us an OLD, BATTERED, SHORTER Motorhome. .............We were devastated!!........................... Here it is the last minute and we have no "30' Bunkhouse" for our Family Planned 4th of July!!! We NEVER heard from "Brittany"!! The attendant said we would most likely receive a "refund" for our deposit. NOW to make matters WORSE, adding INSULT to INJURY,I I went on my credit card site and found out that the previous day, July 2nd, "Trailer Time, Brittany" had CHARGED OUR CARD another $575.00!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! WOW!! Is this how you do business?? Fraudulently taking our money, knowing you had "DOUBLE BOOKED" the "BUNKHOUSE", NEVER ONCE making an attempt to NOTIFY US of this HORRIBLE situation, even when she talked to us on the very same day!!!!!! Great week of camping with friends started out a little rough, but Brittany was very accommodating to make things right. Our RV was not ready on arrival and needed a few minor repairs. Brittany had the RV delivered to our house by Shaun after repairs were made so that we could be on our way to enjoying our vacation. We had a few minor problems with the RV once we were at the campground, but Brittany solved it quickly by hiring a mobile RV service to fix a few things. The rest of the time was great and we enjoyed our trip. She even had it picked up from our house for the minor troubles we had during our vacation. Thank you for making it right. I've had a great experience renting out my Toy Hauler. I have a new toy hauler that has been just sitting in storage without use, as my payment and storage bill has been adding up. After reviewing our bills we decided to try out renting our toy hauler. Trailer Time has been wonderful and done a great job of being honest and upfront with what to expect. We rented our toy hauler out for 4 months and didn't have to pay for storage or our payment due to the rental income. Our toy hauler is still in great condition, just like we left it. I order a 31ft class C motorhome with double slides and would sleep 10. 2 days prior to our departure Britney calls and tells my husband, "the owners haven't returned the motorhome and I am unable to get ahold of them" she offered us a Class A 38ft diesel for the same price. The only question I had was "how many does it sleep" I have a family of 5. She told me that it slept 6. Things wrong (during the walkthrough, the drive to the campground and during camping someone of them were known). The motorhome WAS DISGUSTING, took my family and me 2 hrs to clean, there was a urine stain still on the toilet, the fridge was filthy, the stove was gross. Storage units on the outside were broken, awning was ripped and required a 12ft ladder to retract it, the screen door frame was busted and the screen was ripped, diver side mirror was broke (which they knew but didn't tell us), all the vents on the dashboard were either broken or falling out, recliner broke and had to be fixed and brought to my house which he did, several cabinets were broke and didn't close. Master bed had a urine stain placed a mattress cover over it. Toliet wouldn't flush. The dual air worked amazingly. Refridgerator leaked (pretty bad), water hookup kept surging. The microwave worked well, the outside lights didn't work. The hose to dump with didn't have an O-ring so it leaked all over the place, there is a leak/crack in the venting system because it smelled like sewer halfway home until I put liquid deodorizer down the toilet. The engine air conditioner worked well going up but blew hot air coming home. The engine got warm several times climbing grades but cooled down, the ABS light came on immediately after we picked it up from the rental lot. The sensors for the tanks were not working properly and we didn't know how full/empty we really were. Motorhome only slept 4 NOT 6 so my son had to sleep outside in a tent. We returned the motorhome is much better shape then we received it, my mother taught me you give it back in better condition then you received it. Briteny refused to call me back to discuss the issues we had, I have called left several messages, text messages, and NOTHING. My husband and I are not looking for a full refund but she is not even willing to talk to us. When we turned back in the mh, Gilbert a new employee who seems like he cares about the business and wants to see it succeed was appalled by the issues we had and the condition it was when we rented it, he even stated: "How this motorhome is clean". Found out that this mh was basically a party bus for the Coachella Festival, Stage Coach, and some other music festivals. It had been on the road for about 6 weeks continuously. And that it belongs to a bulldozer operator that works fire assignments, I am not sure he would be really happy to know how his investment is being treated or maybe he doesn't care. I paid $850 to rent this mh, that's a lot of money, I am not asking for a full refund, I just want her to talk to me. If Britney can call me back and rectify this issue maybe I would rent from Trailer Time rentals again, but currently I would not and at this point, I am not recommending her or this business to anyone. If you are looking to rent out your mh, trailer or whatever else you may want to rethink that or get a better agent, one who not only cares about your investment but about the experience these families have. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not rent from this company!!! Service is horrible. Brittany did not respond until you sent her text asking her if this is how she runs her business and that it is very immature of her just ignore us and not to call or even text us back. Please keep in mind this is after DAYS of no response. Trailer not in working order and she promise to call back several times and never did. Here were our problems: 1) Horrible communication skills and lack of respect for their customers 2) RV delivered 4 hours late. Original deliver time was 2:30, then 3:30, 4:00, 6:00. 6:15, 6:30 then it finally arrived at 6:45. They said they would give us a $50 refund for the delivery. (see below regarding the refund) 3) When she would text or call they were lies about when the trailer was being delivered. Saying they were stuck in traffic when we had over 10 cars or RV's coming from the same area and they had no problem. 4) We had 3 different families rent 3 trailers from her. * FIRST TRAILER that was dropped off was for my cousin. When it was unhooked it was not leveled or hooked up. (Guy that dropped it off said he didn't know how to hook up or level it. He was just doing Brittany a favor and dropping it off for her.) My cousin had children and they could not use the trailer to unpack their food, go in to cool off or use the restroom because the trailer rocked back and forth every time you stepped in it. TOTALLY UNSAFE! * SECOND TRAILER was for us. Our trailer was over 3 hours late. Trailer was finally set up by 7:30. (now 4 hours after deliver time on contract) They didn't have the correct hose to hook up the sewer lines. We were only given 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days and 5 people. Brittany had the nerve to say "isn't that enough." Before our driver left we asked him to please hook up and level the first trailer so the family could start to use it. About 5 hours after theirs was delivered. He was shocked and embarrassed that it was left the way it was. * THIRD TRAILER was for our other cousin. It was more than 5 hours late. The poor same driver that dropped ours off had to drive all the way back, hook up the third trailer and drive back to deliver it. (When he came back we told the driver there were some things that didn't work in our trailer. He fixed them and we told him that there was a very fowl order coming from the bathroom. He realized they had the wrong hose with the trailer. After they were all set up and driver left and came back with the correct hose at 9:15ish. The fowl oder never went away. We literally had to hold our breath to use the restroom and shower. The shower backed up too. We tried all weekend to call Brittany. Kept getting texts. "Call you in an hour." "Call you in the morning" "Call you tomorrow." NO CALL until we send her a not so nice text. We had to go buy a hose ourself and had experienced RV campers try and figure out our problem at 11:30 at night. Never could figure it out and Brittany did not seem to care. Only response we got from her was on Sunday. The text said," Are you guys still at skinner?" "Space number? My guys are heading that way now?" If they delivered the trailer don't you think she would know the campsite number? AFTER ALL THE PROBLEMS...my husband spoke to her about everything and she seemed to not be to concerned about it. She did give us our $300 deposit + $200 for all the troubles. (The rental was $375.00 + $75.00 set up + $50 delivery = TOTAL $500.00 + $300 Security Deposit = $800.00) We told her we felt we deserved 1 day rental back because it was delivered so late and wasn't in working order until after 9pm so we lost a whole day at the campsite + $75.00 set up fee since we found out the trailer was not leveled correctly so the waste from the shower and bathroom could not flow out so it left the bathroom unbearable + the $50 delivery fee because we paid to have it there by a certain time and it was delivered/set up more than 4 hours late + we had to leave the campsite and buy a new house + all the time wasted from our family reunion trying to keep fixing everything. She said she could only give us $200 of the $500 paid + our security deposit. Her contract says the refund will be given within 10 days of end of trip. Our trip ended 7/22 so we should have received our refund no later than 8/1/18- We didn't get our $ until 8/7/18 and that was only after we sent her several text and made several phone calls. Our two cousins got their refund on 8/9/18 & 8/17/18. That's almost a month after the trip was over. Just want to caution people about renting from this company. I'm not sure who these people are that are posting good experiences. I hope they aren't people they know trying to make them look better cause from the horrible experience we ALL had with Brittany and this company I can't believe anyone has had a good experience. They dropped off the motorhome at my work 40 miles away from their location and picked it up as well. I am a novice motorhome user and whenever I had a question they were a text message away. I DO NoT recommend this Rental Company at all I booked my rental 2 months in advance for Thanksgiving weekend. I was told All I needed was a 500.00 deposit to reserve the RV and they would contact me a week before my trip to go over what I needed to provided they prior to pick. The Sunday before my trip I sent Brittany a text because I had not heard from her and Our Trip was Scheduled for Wednesday. She responded to me with I'll get back to you tomorrow I'm not in the office. I said ok it's a Sunday. Monday I heard nothing from her Tues I called her No answer but she did respond to my text. I asked what I needed to do as far as my insurance for the RV and if I could possibly pick it up earlier then 2pm. She said No not till 3pm because it's in the shop. I told her that was going to put us behind schedule . All she responded was a Sorry. The morning of our trip She TEXT me because she couldn't call me !!! And said Sorry going to have to cancel the reservation because the RV is not ready yet and won't be ready till tomorrow. I called her She ignored my call Yet she had text me seconds before!! My husband and I drove to the yard and she was there cleaning a toy hauler as we were asking her what we could do she continued to clean the trailer as if she didn't care that she was ruining our vacation she also said I have my girls working on trying to find you another rental but the office was empty so I don't know where her "girl" works from. This was my first time renting a trailer, and couldn't have been happier with trailer time. After searching around they had the best prices in town. Brittany was super helpful with the reservation process answering all questions. The trailer was delivered to vail lake 30 minutes earlier then I expected the delivery guy was just finishing the set up when I arrived. I've owned a trailer in the past and the set up was always the worst part. Being able to pull up and only need to set up a chair and crack a cold one is awesome. There was an issue he said with the lower. When he plugged it in the Park breaker blew up. He went and got the Park maintenance guys for us and got them to work fixing the problem. I didn't have to do a thing. Trailer was very clean and comfortable. When it was time to go I sent Brittany a text and she replied you are good to go we will take care of the rest. No clean up no dumping tanks. No fuss no muss. Worth every penny. We left the trailer Sunday evening and my deposit was returned Tuesday morning. Where to even begin dealing with trailer time has been a complete nightmare. We booked a toy hauler from Britney back in September 2017 for Thanksgiving weekend, booking went smoothly until we picked up the trailer. Right away we noticed that the trailer being rented to us was in very rough shape nor had it been cleaned. The black tank was full with someone else waste that we had to empty(TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.). The propane and gas tanks were empty that we had to fill before even beginning our trip. Batteries would not hold a charge so the generator had to be run the entire trip causing us to use all of the gas we brought within the first 2 days. All of those issues were mentioned to the guy at pick up and he said there wasn't anything he could do and we didn't have any options either we either take the trailer or cancel our trip. We then called Britney on our trip to make her away of all the other things wrong with the trailer. The light in the bathroom was broke, inside table missing a leg, shower handle feel apart, floor hooks busted and outside diamond panels had been damaged. She advised to send her a txt with the issues and she would have it taken care of once the rental was returned. NOPE SHE DIDN'T!! We never heard from her again after multiple calls and txts, so with no response we filed a dispute with the credit card company. What a terribly ran business. My boyfriend and I rented a trailer from these people. They had us waiting in the hot sun for 3 hours while they went to go dump the tank that they insisted was "up the street". Oh, and when the trailer finally arrived we had to wait some more while the cleaning lady cleaned the trailer. Knowing damn well we agreed on meeting and picking up the trailer at a certain time. We were completely off schedule and late because of this. Once we finally arrived at camp we found out there wasn't any; toilet paper, paper towels, utensils, pans, sheets, pillows, no WATER (after they spent 3 hours dumping the tank they didn't bother filling up the water tank), generator wouldn't work for more than 5mins at a time (no power). They promised a refund which was complete bullshit. What a pain in the ass. Wish I can give her zero stars. Do NOT rent from these people. read more

Worst rental business out there! Ordered a toy hauler for delivery and showed up with the wrong one and said we will get the right one next time! Haaaa .With my family waiting on me I took it come to find out the generator would not work worst decision I've made. I was promised a little $ back because of the situation and that did not happen. These guys were AWESOME......They went above and beyond customer service.....This was one of best desert vacations yet....The RV was super clean and ran like a charm....Can't wait to rent again from them.....This is definitely our go to rental place even if we do have to drive an extra 100 miles....it is well worth it.......Thanks guys read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! We rented one of their trailers for thanksgiving weekend and it was nothing but problems from the moment my husband picked it up. The generator wouldn't start, the battery wasn't charged and the tanks were dirty.The employee told him that the trailer had a few things wrong w/it and it needed to be repaired.He also claimed that the generator would start when we put fuel in it(kept shutting off and not charging battery).We booked it 2 months prior and they waited till we picked it up to tell us about the conditions,leaving us w/no other choice then to take it.During our trip we contacted Britney to tell her about several other problems w/the trailer but all she said was to send her a text and they would take care of it.We delivered the trailer w/empty tanks and same other conditions as we received it.She was supposed to be there so we could discuss some kind of refund but she never showed up and hasn't responded to any of our text or phone calls. We disputed w/the cc company but they're claiming we caused damages to the trailer and didn't empty the tanks.When we delivered it the employee said everything was fine,but they changed they're tune when we disputed the services.We're out of a lot of money because they don't care about the customers. They give you crapy products and charge top dollar.Till this day we haven't heard anything from them and haven't gotten any money back.So do yourself the favor of saving your money and avoid headaches. Rented here for the second time in less than a month and was totally impressed. Saw alot of smack talk and I had absolutely no issues. They gave me a very clean newer toy hauler showed me how to use every thing on the unit. I don't like to leave bad reviews and I wasn't going to write one until I read some of the experiences others had and read the reviews of the owners of the RVs which were literally jaw dropping to read. My 1st experience: on this particular experience, everything was fine as far as my deposit and pick up went. Turns out the trailer was full of ants and all of our food was infested from the time we left the grocery store to when we got to our destination 30 min later. The inside of the trailer was dirty which is kind of funny when you're charged a mandatory $75 cleaning fee wether you return it clean or not and they obviously do a half ass job cleaning it for their next customer. 2nd and my last experience: I decided to give them a 2nd chance and reserved an rv for a trip 1 month ahead of time. I was told I'd receive a call 5 days before pick up and I never did. I showed up to the lot and the kid (nice guy) working there walked me to an rv I did not reserve which is the Winnebago access and told me the transmission went out on the one I wanted which was the four winds. So instead of calling me ahead of time and asking if I wanted to choose another rv or toy hauler that was available, they chose one for me which I now know is on its last leg. On the walk through, you immediately notice quite a bit of damage on the outside, but as long as everything worked, I was ok with it. As I left the lot, I immediately noticed the steering was sloppy and was sketchy to drive in general but became dangerous to drive in the wind because the steering required a lot more input to keep it in control. I used to own a 38' foot class A and the steering in that was light years better than this class C. Next was the bathroom door knob which was broken. I had to break into it and tape the door jam so we could use the bathroom. The generator was acting up, the kitchen and bathroom sinks leaked, the drawer underneath the bunk beds stick out because it's also broken and I kept tripping over the damn thing. The drawer underneath the stove is missing, the glass next to the stove flops around cause the screws are missing, and there's a couple other things I'm missing. I dropped off the RV and it took 3 weeks to get our deposit back with me having to stay on top of Brittany to check into why it was taking so long but always got an excuse. She did refund the deposit plus $50 with $75 off my next rental which only covers their cleaning fee and should be refunded if the rentals returned clean like any other rental company in this world. But for trailer time, it's a mandatory fee. I won't be going here again and I advise that nobody else does either. It's worth the extra 200 bucks to go elsewhere to save you the headache. read more

Terrible experience. I was told that they would deliver the RV to me and then the night prior I got a call saying they wouldn't be able to deliver the RV and I would have to pick it up. They are located way out in El Cajon which is an hour from my home in the wrong direction (we were going North and they are South). I told them I needed to pick it up at 1200 if they weren't going to be able to deliver and they said OK. I also made arrangements several weeks prior that I was going to be towing a boat and needed to ensure the trailer light connection was working. The manager said no problem and told me to just show up and they would ensure the trailer lights were working. When I showed up at 1200 the RV wasn't ready yet and the spare tire was blown out. I was told the spare tire would take at leat an hour or two to get replaced. Also, the trailer light connection was not working and that was going to take at least an hour to fix. I was then told that they had to deliver an RV to Pacific Beach and I would have to wait for them to return. I asked to talk to Kevin, the owner, and he refused to talk to me. That was the final straw and I left without the RV. Our vacation was ruined by Trailer Time. STAY AWAY!!!! By the way, The RV we were going to rent was old and dirty. They are obviously working on a shoe string and I highly recommend you don't gamble with your vacation by using Trailer Time. read more
