we absolutely LOVED RV READY!!!! We walked in just to look, after my brother went and bought his a few months ago. We had gone to the local areas rv sellers near us, but we just never felt the comfort and joy we got here. Lisa met us and boy, do we love Lisa. She loved on our young (5 and 10) girls who happened to be with us, took her time getting to know us and what we wanted. We went and looked at different rvs, including ones that we didnt even know we'd like. When we found the one we LOVED, Lisa let us simmer over it alone and then came back and gave us even more info on the trailer. She then took us to a trailer we thought we wanted, but smaller, to show the difference between the two. Lisa then took us to talk to the Bigger money people, just to talk. They didnt force us to do anything, they just wanted to make sure we had all the info. We felt super comfortable and it was an easy process. We set up to pick up 2 weeks later. We did the finacing and bank stuff while they set up the truck and trailer. The matinence person went over EVERYTHING and gave us a 30 min window to do so. They helped my husband go through everything with breaking and trailer stuff. we have now had our trailer for 4 months and are going on our 4th trip next week. Lisa has checked in several times and we absolutely love her! I highly reccomend RV ready for every single purchase. THEY WERE ALSO WAY CHEAPER THAN ANY LOCAL AREA, which we drove over an hour to get there. read more

He answered all my questions and send me a video link specifically for me. He did a video tour of 2 models which had all our specific wants and needs. The video was very informative. WOW! We are thoroughly impressed with RV Ready's service and sales staff. It's not everyday that you find customer service that actually follow up, greet you as a new customer, and service your needs in a timely manner and welcome you back. We made an appointment to fix a recall item on our Forest River RV with RV Ready online. I had no prior contact with them but Christy reached out and emailed us with a few appointment dates. We scheduled the appointment and received several follow up reminders by text and email. I was early for our appointment and called to see if the Service Dept could get me in, and they were more than accommodating. While waiting I was greeted by several of RV Ready's staff, including the legendary Tracy in sales. While waiting for our RV he showed me several new models and gave tours and answered questions that were specific to what we will be needing in the future. Honestly, I don't write that many reviews, but at the time of this posting this company definitely have their stuff together. In July of 2023 I purchased a new R-Pod 201 from RV Ready. The sales process went smoothly but as usual you must be ready for the hard sell in the finance office-paint protection, extended warranty etc. I did find two cheaper but they were further away. When I arrived to pick the trailer up, I was given the usual orientation. I was told "it's ready to go camping." So, the next week I went camping. The hot water heater would not stay lit, the entry door would not close without a very hard slam and the trailer brakes were not working consistently and some of the decals were peeling off. I called the service department while camping and explained the problems. After numerous texting and phone calls, I found that the valves for the water heater were off. No water in the tank. When I took the bench seat apart, I found the insulation was melted around the water heater. This could have been a real tragedy. I made an appointment to have these issues fixed. RV Ready replaced the water heater. When I was ready to go home, the brakes still did not work, and the door still would not shut without force and rather than replace the decals they glued them back on. When I measured the door, it bowed out in the middle about a quarter inch. I left without the trailer. RV Ready installed another brake controller and told me they replaced the door. When I returned, they struggled to get the door to shut properly. The tech adjusted the door with a hammer and a 2x4. The door still was not shutting properly. When I test drove with the trailer the trailer brakes still did not work consistently. I was told by RV Ready that it must be a problem with your truck (a brand new 2023). Frustrated, I left RV Ready again. I went to my Ford dealer to have the seven-pin harness and brake system checked. I got a detailed report on how the brake system and the harness were working properly. I sent the report to RV Ready. I have made several trips to RV Ready to have these ongoing issues repaired. As of today, the brakes still do not work consistently (2nd Curtis brake controller installed). The door still does not close properly. I measured the "replacement" door and found that it was a quarter inch wider at the bottom. I took most of the failing decals off and I put my own decals on. As a bonus, one of the techs burned a hole in the linoleum floor during one of my service trips to them. RV Ready told me they will fix the burn mark by replacing the floor. The last time I heard back from RV Ready was at the end of November (it is now January 13, 2024). I was told they would keep me posted on replacement parts and when I can bring it in to have the ongoing issues repaired. They have not contacted me. I emailed again over a week ago with no response. It is now going on six months since I purchased this trailer and I have yet to have an enjoyable experience with it. As a customer I should not have to diagnose the problems myself and I certainly should not have to keep calling, emailing or texting to get a response from RV Ready. I have copied the owner on these matters, but it does not help in getting these problems properly repaired. I would NOT recommend doing business with this RV dealer to a friend, relative or enemy. read more

I bought a 2022 WolfPup17JGBL here back in July. Due to my schedule it took a few weeks to schedule a pickup which felt like forever since I was so excited. Experience here was amazing! especially with the salesman. it took me a few months to pull the trigger as its my first trailer purchase. Ken who I dealt with mostly was amazing. Taking the time go over everything and not be pushy about anything. Even after the Sale he always answers my questions to this day. I highly recommend asking for Ken! On a Side note. Although this is a 5 Star review. I'm not super thrilled with service as of right now. On my second trip out with the trailer. Just about 6hours away from home and a 3 day camping trip planned. We were setting up and the Slide out started to come out crooked/Not even coming out at all. Its been with them for just about a month now correcting the issues as well as all the trim pieces on the trailer coming off already... I was told it would be less than a week for the parts and it should be ready in about a week. Since then I have barely heard from them with updates telling me what's going on. Somehow the owner of Rvready thought I was satisfied with the investigation he did on a water leak I noticed on a used rv I bought there. The owner Sammy flooded my rv and proceeded to show me where the leak was. After owning my rv for a year I now know this was a circus of a demonstration. The leak was not where he showed me. If it was I would have had all kinds of damage inside the compartment he opened and flooded. The leak is from the refrigerator right above the damage. When the frig. is not cooling some water condensation leaks out. I was appalled at seeing the flooding of my rv that he did, to try and convince me he had found the leak. What is even worse is that when I first addressed the leak damage I found, he proceeded to tell me "I am not obligated to point out a leak on a used rv." BUYERS BEWARE. I had to replace the black valve in the first week of use, also. He told me that the rv was inspected. I would not buy anything from this schister again. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This was our first experience buying an RV. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We worked with Tom, Mark, and Roger. When we met Tom it was at closing time and he did not seem to care. He turned the lights back on and spent all the time we needed to answer our questions and show us around. We had done our research and knew what we wanted. Tome showed us some other options but quickly learned we were set on the one we wanted. We told him we would come back, something I'm sure he hears all of the time. We came back and Tom was off. He called in a favor and set us up with Mark. Mark showed us the trailer we liked and then took us out to the one we would be purchasing if we were ready. We decided to buy and that brought us to, Roger, the sales manager. Roger was great. No pressure on anything and with some explanation about our options he made us an awesome deal. Our trailer we purchased new from them ended up having some issues a year later. Once we were finally able to bring it in for service with them. We found out that we were previously told wrong information by an employee that was no longer working there, and would possibly be paying a lot out of pocket for the repairs. Which we were not expecting, or not originally told. Christy went above and beyond to help us get our issues fixed at zero expense to us. She kept us updated throughout the whole time it was there, including on the parts eta. She did all the extra work for us, so we wouldn't have too. She kept in contact with us, we never had to call asking for any updates. It was an extremely fast turn around within their service department compared to dealers closer to us. ( We live in Ventura County and make the drive to this dealership cause the staff has always been great to us!) We've finally set our sights for a simple setup to start as our first RV. The 2021 NOBO 10.6, a basic rig to get outdoors on the North West. Roger walked me through the finances and was very clear about where the money was going. Fortunately I was blessed with a great upbringing which resulted in outstanding credit (815) and equated to an interest rate of 5.9%. May seem high, but RV's are a luxury and not a necessity according to the banks. The credit union I use doesn't offer anything lower than 7.9%. We bought a fifth wheel in June 2023. Everything went smooth and we were happy to buy our first big rig as full timers. On pick up day our appointment was at 10 am. They told us it wasn't ready yet. We had to wait 2 hours. Luckily i recorded the walk thru which went very quickly but all my questions were answered. We got to the rv park and set up our new home. Right away we had no power in the kitchen outlets but the fridge and microwave were working fine. So we did the normal checks, check the breaker, GFI, etc. We had to call several times and several emails to get a response from Jason the service manager. Again we had to go thru everything with him on the phone only to find out later that there was a note made that on their prep check that there was an issue with an outlet in the front storage compartment that effected most the outlets inside. Yah they were already aware there was a problem but didn't fix it. We were unable to bring the rig in so we had to hire someone to fix it and pay out of pocket. We did get reimbursed for it because they already were aware of it it and did nothing about it before pick up. Over the next few months we started having manufacturer warranty issues. Small things at first then the big one was our second shower began leaking underneath and water began to flow under the wall onto the bedroom floor. We made an appointment to have all our issues handled at once and Christy was very helpful and nice and told us they would have the rig for about a week to fix all our issues. We rented a hotel to stay at, while still paying space rent at a resort were we were living at. We got the call the rig was ready a couple days early. We were happy to hear that good news! Christy went over the repairs with us rather quickly and gave us a copy. Couple days later the 2nd bathroom shower was leaking again. We called her and she said to hand tighten the coupler which already was and to put some caulking around it! After reviewing the paper work she gave me at home, Diaz the technician put silicone around the shower pan. Why??? When i took off the shower panel where the plumbing was you can plainly see how wet it is under there and water is coming out the plumbing itself. We had a leak at our kitchen window and mold was growing on the lower bottom of the wall. Again, Diaz put caulking around the window. I am questioning that fix now. It seems Diaz likes to caulk everything. I'm sure i will have to call a plumber to come and repair my shower leak and pay for that myself. I'm pissed that they could have kept the rig a couple extra days to actually fix the shower leak correctly in the first place. Afterall they were initially going to have the rig a week. We will never recommend RV Ready and have regrets from buying there. Good luck to those that have bought from them. It seems they don't care about their customers after you take the rig off the lot. read more

I would never ever consider this joke of a place ever. They get 5 turds I Bought a brand new 5th wheel and regret buying it from this turd dealer ever since. Actually the Salesman was Traci and a good guy. The install joke : Installing the hitch on my brand new Ford 350 was a joke they were drilling my chassis as they didn't have the correct bolt on kit for the hitch. Anyone knows it will avoid the warranty drilling holes in the chassis. I finally told them they needed to order the correct bolt on system and weeks later finally I took delivery of my 5th week with the correct hitch brackets and the drilled holes patched and spray painted holes. I finally take delivery of my fifth wheel. Three weeks it's back in service with a bunch of things wrong. They had a window blind that wasn't even long enough it was nailed up to look like a blind was there. They had a AC unit in bed room that didn't work. A Fridge panel broken, The main battery wasn't taking a charging. Trim panels coming loose.I dropped it off And left it there. A month later I was notified it was done, I took a day off drove down there to pick up I'm three hours a way . For My trailer that's done and when I get there nothing was done, Upset a little I left and three weeks later I get another call, it's done this time so again. So I go back there again take another day off. When I get there the window blind was fixed. And nothing else. The fridge panel Hadn't been touched and the battery compartment was all loose and screws sitting on top of the battery but not fixed. So now I start to loose it a bit and finally left again and came back three weeks later to a brand new battery all installed but no fridge panel I was so done I took the trailer home with me. A few weeks later I was sent a damaged bad fridge cover which I took back and was exchanged out for a used fridge panel which I saw them hand me from a scrap pile . And now just realized since it's getting warm again that my roof ac unit was never changed out. I would seriously think really hard about buying any kind of RV or 5th wheel from this place, A real turd of a place that needs avoiding at all cost. I don't like to talk bad about a business but this company gets a -10. read more

went to rv ready to purchase travel trailer on 10/17/23. sales staff was pleasant and accommodating and I agreed to purchase 2023 forest River rpod 190 hood River edition for 28,999.00 We went to bank to purchase cashiers check so we called the finance manager at rv ready to make sure things were accurate for Rv ready so the transaction would be effortles. we were shocked at how we were belittled and treated by the finance manager Nikki on speakerphone for the whole bank to hear.we purchase cashiers check. We promptly reached out to the dealership to let them know how we were treated. the dealership even acknowledged that the finance manager has issues. They then sent email informing us they were canceling the order. It is very apparent they deemed us "difficult" and knew that we meant business when we questioned the way the finance manager spoke with us. You see folks she had nothing to gain by being pleasant with us. We were cash paying customers,we weren't buying a warranty,and we weren't buying curtains. she was making nothing on my purchase It appears the finance manager likes to bark at people but whatever you do don't bark back or else! I have left multiple messages and sent a few emails over the last two months and cannot get my RV in for repair work. Very frustrating, I have a big trip coming up in October and I know service work and take a long time. so I'm trying to get everything done before I leave. Review update. The owner of RV ready reached out to me to help get my information to the right people so I can get my RV serviced. Jason called me and left me a voicemail and I was able to get an appointment set. After reviewing my previous emails it looks like there was an issue with the email going through on my side. So I am updating my review to four stars because of the promptness of the owner. Summary: Lauren from Service has completely turned the customer service around!! Detailed: I've had my trailer serviced twice here. The first time it was serviced was less than ideal and I would have rated it a 1 star. Communication was lacking, which lead to much frustration. The long lead times for parts would have been understood if we weren't kept in the dark with long wait times for updates. The second service was a much better experience. This was solely due to the hiring of Lauren. Lauren's service is worth a 5 star! She has turned my would be 1 star into a 4 star. Lauren alone has made sure I was aware of every update and news regarding my new fridge. I hope RV Ready knows how valuable Lauren is. Thank you Lauren for your great customer service. read more

I brought my trailer in because another servicer made me aware there was a severe problem with the main entry steps. RV ready agreed that the steps were dangerous and needed to order a proper replacement. Lauren the service rep took care of me and was awesome !!! She was able to secure the new part and set up an appointment that I could just wait for the installation without having to leave the trailer.
