    Highly recommend this place! Last November I had inquired on one of RV models online and within minutes I got a response by email from salesman Mike. He answered all my questions and send me a video link specifically for me. He did a video tour of 2 models which had all our specific wants and needs. The video was very informative. After a few weeks, we finally made time to visit the showroom just to "look". Next thing you know we were signing the contract. We purchased the 2025 Forest River Surveyor. She's a beauty! Mike and Ken were so knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Christy, the service writer is amazing! She's very knowledgeable and welcoming with all our concerns and questions. Thank you RV Ready and team!

    WOW! We are thoroughly impressed with RV Ready's service and sales staff. It's not everyday that you find customer service that actually follow up, greet you as a new customer, and service your needs in a timely manner and welcome you back. We made an appointment to fix a recall item on our Forest River RV with RV Ready online. I had no prior contact with them but Christy reached out and emailed us with a few appointment dates. We scheduled the appointment and received several follow up reminders by text and email. I was early for our appointment and called to see if the Service Dept could get me in, and they were more than accommodating. While waiting I was greeted by several of RV Ready's staff, including the legendary Tracy in sales. While waiting for our RV he showed me several new models and gave tours and answered questions that were specific to what we will be needing in the future. Honestly, I don't write that many reviews, but at the time of this posting this company definitely have their stuff together. We couldn't be happier knowing that there are a few companies still around that appreciate their customers. Well done.

    In July of 2023 I purchased a new R-Pod 201 from RV Ready. The sales process went smoothly but as usual you must be ready for the hard sell in the finance office-paint protection, extended warranty etc. I did find two cheaper but they were further away. When I arrived to pick the trailer up, I was given the usual orientation. I was told "it's ready to go camping." So, the next week I went camping. The hot water heater would not stay lit, the entry door would not close without a very hard slam and the trailer brakes were not working consistently and some of the decals were peeling off. I called the service department while camping and explained the problems. After numerous texting and phone calls, I found that the valves for the water heater were off. No water in the tank. When I took the bench seat apart, I found the insulation was melted around the water heater. This could have been a real tragedy. I made an appointment to have these issues fixed. RV Ready replaced the water heater. When I was ready to go home, the brakes still did not work, and the door still would not shut without force and rather than replace the decals they glued them back on. When I measured the door, it bowed out in the middle about a quarter inch. I left without the trailer. RV Ready installed another brake controller and told me they replaced the door. When I returned, they struggled to get the door to shut properly. The tech adjusted the door with a hammer and a 2x4. The door still was not shutting properly. When I test drove with the trailer the trailer brakes still did not work consistently. I was told by RV Ready that it must be a problem with your truck (a brand new 2023). Frustrated, I left RV Ready again. I went to my Ford dealer to have the seven-pin harness and brake system checked. I got a detailed report on how the brake system and the harness were working properly. I sent the report to RV Ready. I have made several trips to RV Ready to have these ongoing issues repaired. As of today, the brakes still do not work consistently (2nd Curtis brake controller installed). The door still does not close properly. I measured the "replacement" door and found that it was a quarter inch wider at the bottom. I took most of the failing decals off and I put my own decals on. As a bonus, one of the techs burned a hole in the linoleum floor during one of my service trips to them. RV Ready told me they will fix the burn mark by replacing the floor. The last time I heard back from RV Ready was at the end of November (it is now January 13, 2024). I was told they would keep me posted on replacement parts and when I can bring it in to have the ongoing issues repaired. They have not contacted me. I emailed again over a week ago with no response. It is now going on six months since I purchased this trailer and I have yet to have an enjoyable experience with it. As a customer I should not have to diagnose the problems myself and I certainly should not have to keep calling, emailing or texting to get a response from RV Ready. I have copied the owner on these matters, but it does not help in getting these problems properly repaired. I would NOT recommend doing business with this RV dealer to a friend, relative or enemy.

    I bought a 2022 WolfPup17JGBL here back in July. Due to my schedule it took a few weeks to schedule a pickup which felt like forever since I was so excited. Experience here was amazing! especially with the salesman. it took me a few months to pull the trigger as its my first trailer purchase. Ken who I dealt with mostly was amazing. Taking the time go over everything and not be pushy about anything. Even after the Sale he always answers my questions to this day. I highly recommend asking for Ken! On a Side note. Although this is a 5 Star review. I'm not super thrilled with service as of right now. On my second trip out with the trailer. Just about 6hours away from home and a 3 day camping trip planned. We were setting up and the Slide out started to come out crooked/Not even coming out at all. Its been with them for just about a month now correcting the issues as well as all the trim pieces on the trailer coming off already... I was told it would be less than a week for the parts and it should be ready in about a week. Since then I have barely heard from them with updates telling me what's going on. I understand parts can be on backorder but just keep me in the loop a little more...

I understand that staffing shortages and employee absences can create challenges, but the complete lack of communication was unacceptable. Throughout the entire process, I never received a proactive update. The only time I got a call was after repeatedly reaching out and requesting to speak with a manager. I called the service technician every day for a week and never received a single callback. After waiting more than two months, I finally picked up my RV only to find that no repairs or service had been completed. I was essentially back at square one after losing valuable time and receiving no meaningful communication. Professionalism and customer communication are critical in any service business, and unfortunately Giant RV Service fell far short in both areas. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to others. To be fair, this review is not a reflection of Giant RV Sales, they are helpful and great with their customer service.

I am only posting this because being in an extremely vulnerable position, and they knew that I was. I had been communicating with them about upkeep work I needed for my RV and was waiting on funding. After speaking with Jon mostly they came out to my Location to assess the work and then give me a quote for it. Everything was set up for them to do the work and when the time came to do the work they told me to go somewhere else. Now before anyone thinks, "There must be something I did, or there is more to the story", I beg you, that is not the case. It was understood that once all the parts came in that we would set up the install time. Mind you I am a single woman and have zero support to get anything mechanical done. Once my parts came in, I was set up to have them do the work. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were rude and told me to "separate" and "go my own way"??? Are we dating? I want to also make it very clear that I, in no way, was rude or demanding. In fact, everything was extremely cordial just like most of the comments about them, saying they are friendly and accommodating as heck! Which I have always found them to be. But now, when I really needed help to do the installs, I was told i am not able too? Honestly, I would just like to know why they treated me that way, when I have been extremely nice and patient. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and confused, cause now I have to start all over again with parts sitting in my yard that I have to hide so they don't get stolen. Why would someone do this to a person? Its literally two simple installs and I am ready to have it done. RV Masters! I thought you were one of the good guys, Apparently NOT!

    **RENTER BEWARE - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH RV FUN RENTAL. Miguel (General Manager), Matt, and this…read morecompany are scammers. We booked a RV (#C15 Luxury Sunseeker) through RVFunRental (*RFR) on the RVShare website on 3/31/26--for travel 7/10-7/18. The RV we booked sleeps 10--with bunk beds, modern décor, and new amenities. On Monday, 7/6, 4 days before our scheduled trip--*RFR cancelled our RV booking, and sent a message through the RVShare app. *RFR indicated that our RV was damaged due to gas found in the water system--and offered a subpar alternative replacement--with fewer specs, less sleeping spots (sleeps only 8), and less modern décor & amenities. We declined the alternative vehicle--and immediately called *RFR to speak with Matt, and GM Miguel. Later, we found *many* negative reviews for *RFR --many posted in June, 2026--after our March booking. These reviews included a renter who complained about the same RV that we rented. **See all screenshots attached. We told *RFR that they must correct their own error--and offer an equivalent swap, or RV with more specs at their cost. This is standard expectation and professional customer service--for listing a damaged and dangerous vehicle for rent. The craziest part in all of this--is that the damaged #C15 vehicle is still actively listed on RVShare's website--by shady *RFR!! *RFR is actively accepting bookings for an RV they acknowledged is damaged, unsafe, and has gas in the water reserve. **See screenshot proof. The GM Miguel offered me a few options--and my wife and I chose a new RV (#C19) that had fewer specs and slept fewer people. Miguel assured me that *RFR would do a clean swap and absorb any extra costs--to replace my damaged RV. GM Miguel then asked me to cancel my original 3/31/26 #C15 Luxury Sunseeker reservation through RVShare--and rebook directly through *RFR. I refused this completely shady request. *RFR was trying to make me create a paper trail that appeared as if I initiated this RV cancellation--which would result in incurred-cancellation-fees on my end. When I refused to initiate the cancellation, Miguel/Matt/*RFR stopped answering their phone and never ever called me back since. I sent terse messages in the RVShare app--requesting follow-up and confirmation for my new #C19 RV replacement. After several hours of nonresponsive calls/texts, I began receiving brief, confusing, and uninformative screenshots in the RVShare app of my replacement RV--along with email confirmations that my #C19 vehicle had replaced for my reservation. *RFR instructed me to accept the new reservation--however, the new booking had increased fees. When I asked about the extra fees--that Miguel already agreed to absorb, nobody responded to me in the app, and ignored all calls to explain and provide further clarity. The next day, 7/7, *RFR sent me another message--saying that the #C19 vehicle had been rented, since I didn't accept the new booking (with the unexplained added costs that they promised I wouldn't incur). This is a lie, by the way; the #C19 vehicle is still actively listed on RVShare for my exact travel dates. So basically, *RFR couldn't trick me into cancelling directly with RVShare or accept a new reservation with extra fees (when it was their error)--so they re-offered me the original subpar replacement that I already declined. RVShare has since refunded my money--and my family scrambled to book another RV through a very nice renter. To summarize: 1) *RFR rented a damaged and unsafe #C15 vehicle that they already knew had gas-contaminated water reserves from a previous renter complaint. 2) *RFR bait-and-switch-cancelled my original booking with a subpar replacement that would not accommodate our family size. 3) *RFR tried to get me to initiate a cancellation directly through RVShare and book through them directly instead (to create a false paper trail that I was cancelling my RV booking). 3) *RFR promised to correct their error and replace my RV with an equivalent vehicle with no added cost--when they in fact tried to get me to accept a new booking at additional/unexplained fees/charges. 4) *RFR then cancelled the 2nd vehicle offering to me--and claimed it was no longer available, when the #C19 RV is still populating in available RVShare listings. 5) *RFR stopped answering my calls/texts, and did not address their shady tactics in the RVShare messaging app. 6) The original damaged/unsafe #C15 with the gas-in-water tank problem is still actively listed by *RFR on the RVShare website! 7) *RFR has a ton of recent negative reviews from May-June 2026 (which were posted after our March booking) for similar bait-and-switch shady tactics and nonresponsive, unprofessional lack of customer service. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH *RFR. Once our booking was cancelled--we had to accept paying higher prices with limited RV selection availability--due to the late notice right before our scheduled travel dates. SEE ALL INCLUDED PHOTOS FOR PROOF OF *RFR SHADY PRACTICES.
