I'm sorry that I used them in the first place. Tinno has been doing this for a while, his fleet has grown and his experience shows in the service he delivers. Responsive to request, directly deal with the owner forget those other share platforms and go direct. No red tape, clean units fully stocked with the essentials. When I say essentials I mean for the setup itself. Latex gloves and top of the line dump hoses makes it so easy. The airstreams themselves are beautiful in and out. I highly recommend him, you won't be sorry. Don't be discouraged by the other posts. As a business owner myself, I know it's impossible to make everyone happy. Some people are just stinky-butts no matter what you do. This guy is good.

My experience renting from Tinno was literally the worst business experience I've ever had. I have always conducted myself in an honest manner. In this case, I was very upfront with Tinno about minor curtain damage (tiny dirt marks). And yes indeed there was some extra dust inside plus one small scratch on the exterior. I believe something from the road hit the side of the Airstream. The scratch in question was so small it was hard to even see. I find it dishonest and frankly offensive that Tinno responded to my review saying there were tears in the curtains (false!) and golf ball sized scratches that cost $4500 (false!). I would gladly swear under oath that these statements by him are categorically untrue. At the end of the day, I paid Tinno over $4,000 for an Airstream that retails new at $45K. The deposit he kept was $1500, a significant amount by any standards. And I had use of the Airstream for all of 9 days. Believe me folks, if you want peace of mind while on your adventure, go somewhere else because this guy has already done this at least twice now (read other reviews). Thank you for reading. Actually there is quite an astounding selection of a variety of rentals from tow along trailers, 5th wheels rentals to a camper styled types and the RV's. We wanted the RV diesel engine, because of the stronger engine and a lot better on the gas mileage. And prices are right in the ballpark of what we wanted. We own a travel trailer and a 5th wheel, but our tow vehicle was out of commission. Despite this setback, we had a camping trip planned with a few other families. We reached out to JaeBug Trailer Rentals and received a response immediately. Booking was super easy; they were incredibly accommodating, especially since we had many moving parts and I can be a bit high-maintenance when coordinating these types of things with other families. We rented the 36' Genesis Supreme toy hauler, which was in pristine condition! Even though we brought everything from our travel trailer, they provided all the necessities and even had the beds made up. It literally came with everything you would need as a starting point. Where we were camping, it was HOT (high 90s to the 100s) during the day, and the A/C was amazing! The "master" bedroom had a REAL mattress; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. Not only was the trailer itself fantastic, but the customer service was also exceptional. The trailer was set up and in perfect working condition before we arrived. Sandy, who I spoke to on the phone to reserve the trailer actually came out while we were unloading and asked how everything was working and if we had any questions on how things worked. Super duper impressed by that! This is my 3rd go around with Star RV and I have never had an issue. The camper was in working condition and clean. The campers do not come with bedding, appliances, pots, pans and glassware. You must bring your own. There are a few RV rentals that accommodate Vail Lake. Star RV was by far the cheapest. The best thing about renting an RV is leaving it all behind when check out time comes. Just load the car and take off and Star RV will handle the rest. I'll be in touch Sandy!

My wife and I love this business so let me elaborate: Rental: I was just inquiring about renting a Camper Van from Todd and he explained everything about everything. I took up his time like crazy asking all kinds of questions day after day and no matter how much I called at inopportune times he would always answer with a positive attitude and give me the low down on any questions and concerns. He even called me to say that he had put the van aside for me and that people were interested and wanted to offer the van to me first. I couldn't miss out so I finally booked. What a guy. Picking up the Van was great and easy. I showed up and Todd wasn't there but Tom is there working hard to make everything work and polish all the details on the cleaning. He takes the time for the tour, gives tips, friendly and helpful in every way even under the immense heat and more obnoxious loads of questions. On the road: I never had an issue but if i had some concerns or forgot how to work something, Todd would always answer or call back shortly after. I felt safe knowing that the Van is very well maintained and that I had someone REALLY there if I needed it. The Pleasure Way Vans that are available are top of the line comfort for these camper vans, and it was really enjoyable to travel in it. We did 3500 miles and did amazing things and stayed at amazing places. All this trip wouldn't of been as special without our home on wheels.
