There's also a big gazebo with picnic tables, a water fountain, one grill, and a porta potty (though we didn't use it). Lots of benches throughout the park, too. Easy parking in the lot or on the street. Plus, it's right next to a soccer field, baseball field, basketball court, and the Lone Tree Rec Center. Such a convenient spot!

Tucked away off of busy Arapahoe Road, it's a nice escape with so much to love. As I mentioned, we were here for the playground and it did not disappoint. There are many different play areas for kids of all ages to enjoy. Since mine is quite little, we mainly took advantage of the swings and some of the smaller slides. There was a fun sandbox that we'll check out next time but it was occupied while we were there. I can't wait to keep bringing her back because I know she's going to love the bigger slides and jungle gym built out of ropes as she gets older. Not to mention the splash pad which will be a hit in the summer. Besides the playground, there is an open plaza and green space for picnics, an amphitheater which would be nice for intimate concerts, picnic tables galore, and other scenic spots to chill. It did get pretty busy as the morning went on, although it said there's a max capacity of 25 people (but not sure who is counting). There's also a big parking lot but most of it was being used for a COVID testing site #2020 Overall, we'll definitely come back when we're looking for a fun outing and the weather is nice.
