He just scribbled a part number on the back of it for us to take to Napa). We had a few different part numbers we asked about, but after looking up one part number he stopped and told us that he didn't have it and that we should go to go to Napa Auto Parts. I was furious and had to go outside to wait for my husband to finish trying to get him to look up the other numbers (which he did not do). Besides the parts we needed, we were also interested in purchasing a backhoe, but after dealing with the attitude of the parts guy I guarantee that we will NEVER step foot in that place again!
