This man expects perfection from himself and communicates as he works to ensure that he is on the same page as you are on, so perfection is what you get when the job is complete. He is honest, funny, hardworking and has integrity. I could go on and on. I thought my remodel was going to be painful. It wasn't. Most days, it was fun seeing the next step. Jason had to use a claw type device with a winch to bring the trash up out of the canyon. Jason and another member of his team, Clay, did a phenomenal cleanup job. It was not an easy job but they were creative in finding a solution. Jason was timely in doing this work. He was very reasonable in price. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend Jaybird Handyman for trash removal. They also have a great website that lists numerous other services the company provides. This was such a positive experience that I hope to work with Jason on other property projects in the future.

Two techs stopped by later that afternoon to check it out and start the required de-icing procedure. We turned off both the fridge and the freezer and let the unit de-ice over the weekend with all three doors open and the inside back wall and fan removed. The techs called and came out Monday am to verify the unit was now cooling properly, put the unit back together, and explain how to limit the recurrence of icing. They completed the job successfully in less than 30 minutes. We happily paid the bill of $60 to the knowledgeable, courteous, and professional young men who represented their company admirably. We would definitely call Benson Refrigeration & Appliance again if we need to and recommend their services without reservation.
