The wood stove kept the inside nice and warm during the cool nights. Outside there were Adirondack chairs, a fire pit and charcoal grill. The porta-potty was spotless, and even though we never used the outdoor shower, it was clean and looked very fun. Our weekend package came with a UTV rental. Jamie with Bear Rock took the time to go over everything with the rental, explain the vehicle and what the rules are. He also had trips loaded into the navigation so we could pick from trips that were easy to intermediate. We chose a 4-6 hour loop that took us from Colebrook, into VT, next to Canada and through Pittsburg. We stopped at their main store in Pittsburg, everyone was super nice. It did rain for the second half of the trip, and we were very wet by the time we made it back to the tent, but overall we had a great time. I highly recommend the stay and play package, well worth the money for the experiences you get.

We broke down TWICE and didn't want to give us a partial refund. The lady working the desk was super unprofessional and called us "d**ks". I wouldn't recommend getting side by sides here. I'm not sure about their snowmobiles....but expect to get nickeled and dimed and treated poorly.

We had so much fun and I can't say enough good things about this operation. It's a perfect balance of laid back positivity vis-a-vis customer service coupled with seriousness about safety, reliability and performance. The machines were in great shape both times, the helmets were clean and fresh and they provide a free app that makes navigating the extensive trail system a breeze.
