They had done a terrible job anyways. So then l hired JKS Roofing and Repairs which was James and Justin to finish the Siding and do the Caping around the windows. They did a worst job and when the Siding started to fall off my house a few weeks later l called them but they would not answer my calls and texts. Now l had to hire a third Company which was this company. They did a fantastic job and l am so pleased with the service l can't say enough about the work this Company has done for me especially Luc his employee is so knowledgeable and professional. I am a 71 year old women and once l told the owner Jeff my story and that l am living on a very low income he reduced the price of the job by $800. Fortunately, the drive from Riverview to Livonia wasn't a deal breaker because Gregory accepts jobs in the Livonia area. Like our previous roof replacement, the Gregory's crew was on time, professional, and did quality work. Over the next 2 years, 2020-2022, we kept in touch with Brian and he guided us, based on our budget, when we could kickoff our renovation--based on material cost post Covid. We knew going in, and Brian assured us, that we had an old house and we were going to run into surprises and unforeseen costs once we started taking the house apart.
