I've been training with Jerome at Train Goat Gainz for well over a year now and I can honestly say that he completely changed my body! I went into it feeling pretty fit but wanting to work on some specific "problem areas" as well as gain endurance, strength, etc. I've worked out at multiple gyms and with all different trainers. Problem was, those cookie cutter workouts were not working for me and made me very discouraged. Jerome listened to my concerns and what I was hoping to gain and boy did he deliver. I like to leave reviews after we have truly gotten to know the business! It's been almost a year of running personal training sessions with Train Goat Gainz! First: my son trains with Nick and Jalen for football. They worked with him for a few months before football season started back up again and wow what a difference. His football coaches noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement in his performance on the field to the point where they were asking, "what have you been doing off season?!". When setting up our first training sessions we asked for personalized training for specific positions and they delivered! Get ready to put in HARD but rewarding work! Second: My son and daughter both worked with Shelya to improve their speed, strength, fast twitch muscle movement, and endurance. These sessions had them gaining muscle and speed like crazy! We hosted a Create & Move party for my nine-year-old daughter, and it was hands down our favorite birthday celebration ever. The coaches were incredibly talented, Dru had every detail handled beautifully, and the kids had an absolute blast from start to finish. They got to create art, hammer custom metal keychains, toss chalk bombs, and dive into all the playful movement games we loved from childhood. My daughter just started training with Jerome twice a week. She is a freshman and now has daily PE class and we felt like he would be able to build her confidence and teach her how to properly exercise. She is not sporty (she has a T-shirt that states reading is her sport) and I would say he really dislikes any type of exercise. But Jerome has really transformed her. She looks forward to her training sessions (although she does admit that it is very challenging) and her mood has become more positive since starting a regular exercise routine. I started training with Jerome about 13 months ago, and he is seriously the BEST. I've tried a number of exercise programs and worked with several coaches over the years. But nobody pushes me harder than Jerome does! He sees what I'm capable of and has this unique gift for helping me to believe in that potential in myself, too. :) And geez Louise does he get you REAL results! Within about 4 months of working with him, I had already lost 20 pounds and about 4% body fat (I was attending his group classes about 5-6x a week during that time). And I've been able to keep that weight off as I've continued to train with him!! I've done a few private, one-on-one sessions with Jerome, too, to focus on improving my technique and some specific fitness goals that I had. MAN is he a butt-kicker!! :D I think what makes Jerome so awesome as a trainer, though, is two things: First, he also makes the workouts incredibly fun. He's a very kind person and a playful coach, and the time just FLIES. And let me tell you, I have NEVER thought that working out was fun hahaha But I always leave my sessions with him already looking forward to the next time! He gets incredible results for you, but the REASON for that is because he makes you WANT to keep working out with him! Second, he legitimately cares about you as a person and is truly invested in helping you to achieve your individual fitness goals - even in a group workout setting. My boys did the soccer/t-ball program with Coach Sarah. My 5 year old in particular had so much fun! Coach Sarah was so lovely and did a great job teaching the little ones basic skills while also letting them be little kids and just have fun! I highly recommend Goat Gainz and especially Coach Sarah. In fact, the other coaches that helped out with the kids were wonderful too! Christian and Claire were friendly and would try to include the kids who were getting distracted. Jerome is a world class personal trainer in my opinion. I got an awesome opportunity to work with him from 22-23 to help get me back into shape. As a CEO, I completely broke my body building my business and Jerome helped me rebuild and get back on my feet. Train Goat Gainz Saturday boot camps are the BEST! Even if you think you can't do it, YOU CAN! The way it's designed, five different stations (arms, abs, etc) -you never get bored. The exercises change every week. AND, you can modify to your own ability. I'm old and I've got troublesome knees so I do what I can. Jerome is also great about offering tips if you need help. I always get my sweat on and I'm always glad I did it. I don't live close and it's kind of a drive for me but it is totally worth it! In addition to Jerome being absolutely fantastic, the community is pretty great too. Everybody is really encouraging. We're all there to work out but we also laugh and have a good time. I had been searching for an outside boot camp for the past 6 months so that I can work off my covid weight. This bootcamp class is absolutely everything I needed! I get a hard workout in without feeling discouraged that I can't keep up. Was looking for some extra basketball training for my two sons, ages 14 and 11. My older son has played several years with his school, so was a bit more for refining his skills. I am turning 40 this year, and I want to spend my next 40 years significantly healthier than my last.
