I was an athlete and have always struggled with sticking with a program or knowing what to do in the gym - working with Rachel has made it manageable for me to stay committed to a program that fits into my lifestyle and schedule. My ultimate goal is "food freedom" and following a weight training program as well as learning how to navigate a macro based diet - it is giving me the flexibility to not have to sacrifice my lifestyle while being able to make consistent progress in reaching my goals! I have been able to drop pounds and inches over the last 9 months and my photos are really mind blowing - I am still working towards my goals but being able to stay consistent and committed to this program has really allowed me to make a true lifestyle change which I am excited about continuing for the long term!
