I highly recommend Kathleen, she is really amazing! Before I met her, it was hard for me to be motivated to workout. Kathleen listened to my goals and tailored a workout plan that was practical for me. Now I really enjoy working out and use the tools that she taught me to workout at home as well. She will also make sure to cover everything that you want to go over for the day before leaving. She also gave me nutritional advice, and I have been able to shift my eating to a healthier style. She will go at the pace that you want to go and will give you a push when it is needed. Again, I did not like working out before, and did not know what to eat to have a healthy lifestyle, but Kathleen gave me a structured workout routine (based on what equipment you have/want to buy) and meal plan (recipes, alternative foods to look for based on what you like, etc). I tried for many years to get rid of my cellulite around my hips, stomach and thighs. I hired other fitness trainers that were unable to help me. Let me tell you I worked really hard with the other trainers. Blood, sweat and tears and I still had cellulite. The best... Kathleen is a very professional trainer, yet ultra friendly too. You can tell she lives a very healthy lifestyle as she eats well and is extremely fit. She shares diet ideas all the time if you want to hear them but never is preaching to you. She prides herself on being on time and giving you the entire hour of workout time. I was fairly fit going in or so I thought... but within 2 months of working out with Kathleen, i had every neighbor and friend asking me, "what are you doing to look so good?". Kathleen started training me in February. After a year of nothing, I decided something had to be done. Better late then never. Kathleen is patient with my body that was not use to exercise for a long time. Walking alone, doesn't hack it. So Kathleen started me slowly and we did a lot of stretches to unkink all those dormant muscles. She had tons of various stretches and they helped get me started. We've been at it for about 2 months now and she is increasing my workout so that I achieve the muscle strength and balance that is needed to keep me well and standing straight. I am so happy to have her now and wish I had found her a year ago! I love training with her in my backyard making it very convenient and gives me the push to do some on my own. I initially began training with Kathleen in 1995 and worked with her for many years. I was so happy to be able to resume when we moved back into the area. Kathleen convinced me in just a few minutes that she knows what she's talking about. We belong to the same gym and it's obvious that she practices what she preaches.
