Initially I was anxious to start my training due to my age and lack of exercise/workout experience, but after my evaluation meeting with Med I felt confident in both her training skills and in my ability to take on the challenge. Med understands my physical abilities and disabilities and seizes every opportunity to increase my strength. Every workout is unique to my needs, and I feel myself getting stronger after every training session.
