I had gained a lot of weight due to the stress and cortisol that was released in my body along with not getting much good sleep at all for months. I knew my son would want me to grab a hold of my life and get things a bit back on track. I interviewed a few people and once I talked with Dara over a phone consultation I knew she was the perfect person to help me. I am now 3 months in and am the strongest I have been in years thanks to our strength training. I can lift my own luggage up into the overhead bin with no soreness.
