They don't oversell memberships, so there's no issues with waiting for equipment. I feel like at Forged someone can start new and then grow into a fitness lifestyle at a pace that is comfortable for them, and at the same time people who are really focused can get all that they want and more. I've become more of the latter over time. The owner is friendly, and he continually makes improvements based on member input. They also offer behavioral support that is not found elsewhere.
