They close ubruptly then ignore all while holding the money of their members.

From day one, the people at FitWorx have been super friendly and supportive from the get-go. Everyone makes sure that you feel comfortable with all of the equipment and the process. I go there three times per week and every time I am there I see the staff talking to the patrons like they are old friends. I'm new, and already the greet me by name. The space is small. Not built like your muscle head gyms. There are strength training circuits and cardio equipment. Everything is clean and very well maintained. It gets busy, never overcrowded; I've never had trouble getting the machine I want. Anytime you want to do a circuit, you schedule your time. This helps keep me accountable. The trainers work with you in the beginning one on one, but are always there making sure you are doing well. Client by client they help you keep on track by increasing your weights, keeping your workout fresh. Then they modify their machine order from time to time to be sure that your body doesn't get bored with the same old schedule. I have only been a member for two weeks now, but I am the happiest I have ever been in a workout/exercise setting. I'm confident that their program will work for me!

Even though it was a busy Saturday and the weather outside was beautiful, Zinnani went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were not only friendly and warm, but also took the time to explain the different tanning bed and booth options to me--something that's often overlooked. I've honestly felt uneasy in the past using the black card facilities close to closing time, worried that I might be inconveniencing the staff or causing a problem. But tonight was different. Zinnani made me feel seen and respected. There was no rush, no discomfort--just a positive, relaxed vibe. That meant more to me than they probably realize. I'm writing this review because too often, people are quick to report the negatives and forget to celebrate the good. Zinnani deserves the recognition, and so does the rest of the team who was working THIS specific evening. Thank you all for creating such a safe, kind space. I've been going through a lot lately--losing my mom this year, my sister two years ago, and currently helping my elderly father care for my sister with special needs, all while taking care of my own family.
