I have issues with my lower back and knee from some old issues from being in the military…read more I used this studio while I was traveling and instead of doing the weights portion, I wanted to do the strider and the rower. I advised the coach, Jenna, that I would be doing that. I've never had an issue with this at literally any other studio. She said I couldn't and that it wasn't part of the program. I tried explaining it was due to physical limitations but she kept trying to pressure me into doing the weight portion and forbid me doing full cardio even though there were plenty of open treads and strikers. Horrible customer service as trying to force people to do things they're not comfortable with can lead to injuries.

I love Circuit & Triple Threat ..stations is ok but I definitely don't burn as many calories as the other formats. You are given a heart rate monitor so you can track your progress and after class you get a breakdown of your heart rate throughout class. This really motivates you to push yourself!!! The instructors are great at providing demonstrations and pushing you to do your best. The only downside is it took a few weeks of going there before anyone explained the heart rate monitor and how to use it to achieve your goals. Other than that I really recommend coming here if you want a good sweat session!
