This gym was good until they started charging my card twice for personal training. My card was…read morecharged twice by the gym in one week, and when I said something team member, Jordan, said that he had issued me a refund. A week later I still had not received my refund and ask to speak to the GM and he ensured me he would bypass my next charge and speak to corporate to get the issue resolved. Days go by and it's time for my next personal training bill to come out which should have been bypassed as a product of them double charging me but instead they still tried to charge me double yet again. Very disappointing because I liked the gym but when a company is being inconsiderate of my money i can no longer trust them to have access to my funds. Imagine having to pay bills but you come up short because your gym is charging you twice. Very frustrating experience so Just to those in the future who plan on spending their money with this gym. Also after cancelling my membership the "GM" told me that there is no actual corporate and that he only has his bosses personal number when I asked for the number to complain to corporate. Food for thought before purchasing a membership here.

Music was great it was an 80s playlist. They offer TVs on the treadmills with individual remotes and channel guide. Only 1 bathroom, co-Ed. No drinking fountain for now so make sure you bring your own water and towel! It's affordable, clean, inspiring quotes and photos on the wall. And offers natural light so you don't feel trapped in a dungeon. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking to focus on your workout, get in and out with no issues. The workout floor with the machines is so jammed up ( same or less equipment) but now much larger sized equipment.) I have to now focus on people walking by the equipment I am working on, have hit two people and nearly a third person while doing the sitting fly machine. I am almost afraid to do the reverse option as I cant see someone passing by. This cant be proper spacing between machines! Also, hand grips on upper body workout machines are HUGE, I am Unable to use them now as my hands are smaller than a huge man, thus very uncomfortable. I am also wondering if weights on machines are calibrated properly? Why could I move 80 lbs on old hip abductor but now only 60 lbs on new machine. It's a mess! I visit YMCA's all over the country while traveling and this one is now one of the worst rather than one of the best! I will use a treadmill occasionally during hot summer but no more workouts on lower/upper body equipment.
