However, during COVID I suffered a knee and back injury that cause me to not be as active in the gym for almost a year. The gym was very accommodating to my needs at the time. The facility is very well maintained and equipped with everything you need and for any level of physical training. I personally liked the array of the courses that are offered. I don't use the sauna, locker rooms or pool area so not really sure of the conditions. However I noticed the pool area is often restricted for use.

This gym was good until they started charging my card twice for personal training. A week later I still had not received my refund and ask to speak to the GM and he ensured me he would bypass my next charge and speak to corporate to get the issue resolved. Days go by and it's time for my next personal training bill to come out which should have been bypassed as a product of them double charging me but instead they still tried to charge me double yet again. Very disappointing because I liked the gym but when a company is being inconsiderate of my money i can no longer trust them to have access to my funds. Imagine having to pay bills but you come up short because your gym is charging you twice. Very frustrating experience so Just to those in the future who plan on spending their money with this gym. Also after cancelling my membership the "GM" told me that there is no actual corporate and that he only has his bosses personal number when I asked for the number to complain to corporate. Food for thought before purchasing a membership here.

I was very impressed with the facility not only how clean it was, but also very well organized and laid out sensibly and updated well maintained equipment. Very happy with my new gym! This is a huge clean facility with nice staff, clean locker rooms, lots to do, and plenty of parking. We're just ordinary people, and we felt welcome. Countless machines! Benches. Weights. "Functional training" tires. A basketball court. A room for Classes. Trainers. We came for the three lane lap-pool and the hot-tub. We came mid-afternoon on a weekday. Several others were using the luxuriously hot hot-tub, too, and four of us had a pool lane to ourselves. A few other folks used the other swim lanes occasionally. We noticed showers and drinking fountains in the pool area. They had a steam sauna in the locker-room area, too, but we didnt use it this time. We'd say either of these LA Fitness clubs were good. Just check out the difference in the sports they support.
