Training for Warriors - Coral Springs has a good workout environment and knowledgeable trainers. The sessions are challenging and motivating, which I liked. However, the classes can feel a bit crowded at times, and the schedule isn't always very flexible. After watching how management treated people in the early sessions versus his favoritism, only wanting to be around the popular ones, I wouldn't recommend this gym for anyone. All people deserve respect, especially since they are being charged monthly fees. Instead, management allowed the "rolling eyes", the hate, the judgement, the "I am thinner and prettier" mentality permeate through the entire organization to the point where all other sessions not at 9 am were hated, disrespected, devalued. Join a gym where the people have left junior high mentality behind and you can work out, feel welcome and be appreciated instead of being hated, talked about, disrespected, ignored. The gym is a place to work out, not this Instagram photo op that management created, posed for, encouraged. Any other gym would be better than this hate-fest. read more

I have not done one of their 8 week challenges, but I have done one on one training for the last 3 months with Austin. I was attempting on my own to drop 30 pounds and it just wasn't happening. I can understand now, how they say that it gets harder to lose weight as you age.(I'm a 57 year old female) I started working "one on one" with Austin twice a week and OMG!!! The weight is dropping and so are the pant sizes. I am so excited too see what's next. He has taken me to the next level. He is so patient and is just as happy as I am when I accomplish something now that I was unable to do a few months ago. He has definitely found his calling. I started the Training For Warriors program this week. This is going to hurt. They begin with an introduction to the program, and to their own history. This is a family run gym... a family who are deeply invested in being fit, and sharing their experience with others. I was given a weekly menu and shopping list to start. I'm not going to starve...as a matter of fact, I may have trouble eating all the food they want me to eat. I've only been to one session so far, but from what I see they know what they are doing, and care about your fitness and health. Considering the services they offer this gym has much more value than one of the big-box gyms. This one is small, and they help you along the way. At other places you have to pay extra for that. This is not just a gym, this is a lifestyle, and they get you into it in a way that makes you feel like you're making progress. Update to follow. read more

The owners spent time going over why, and how they got statrted and the best way to get the most out of them and the TFW program. All around great team and awesome coaches. They make you feel absolutely welcome and thought of. During classes the instructors always takes time to consider your individual needs and offers advice in order for you to get the best possible workout. No one puts anyone else down or acts like someone is more important than another. Instead, TFW is an atmosphere of encouragement and entusiasm. The classes are technique based and focus on honing functioinal movement and athletic perfomance. So get ready to sprint. I wouldn't recommend TFW for just anyone looking for a GYM, but for those that are looking for an experience and that are serious about making a shift in their fitness and nutrition. read more

I started with Fit Bodies about a year ago and have achieved goals that I thought were unachievable. I reached my goal weight after years of "trying" and getting nowhere. Training for Warriors, what a joke, they take advantage of people, if you look they make a challenge that you can't make, They then lock you in a year contract to save $50 a month instead of $200+++ and supplements, I spoke to the mom who people love and she was nice until the word cancel, then I was treated like a 2nd class citizen, then she had her son call me who said, well I was going to give you your money back but now I'm not. I've just finished my 8-week challenge with Training for Warriors, and I must say , I am very impressed with this gym. If you are truly ready for results and are ready to put in the work, then you are practically guaranteed to see results with their guidance. The trainers are super friendly, helpful and they keep you motivated. If you live in or near Coral Springs and are looking to get a jump start in working out but you have no idea where to start then come here to Fit Bodies Forever (aka Training For Warriors). They even give you nutritional tips and a shopping list of the foods that will help you in your fitness journey. Although everyone's results can vary, I personally lost 11 pounds, gained over 4 pounds of muscle, lost 9% bodyfat, went down two pant sizes and my stamina has increased tremendously. Before attending the initial 6 week challenge, I experienced chronic pain, fatigue, depression, and hopelessness. Although I have tried many different programs in the past, I lacked the necessary skills, motivation, and support to permanently change my habits. Amazing classes! This is one of the best places I have worked out at. The trainers are great and really care about you as an individual, the people who are a part of this gym are collaborative, encouraging, and team players. The training for warriors program is a great way to get you into shape without having to come up with your own routine. The boot camp classes are a lot of fun!
