I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I bought land here in Rosamond. I didn't have time to find a coin operated laundry mat so I text Chris, the owner of Cj's Drycleaners and he responded right away saying he could accommodate all the bags of laundry I had, including rugs. I had 4 large bags and they had it done the same day and I picked them up the following morning. Everything was so nice and clean, and folded! I was only charged $100. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the 2nd time I brought the same amount of laundry, this time there was a large expensive pillow included but I was charged approx $140 for the same amount and the pillow was not only still wet, it was damaged on both ends and it's not so comfortable anymore. Not only that, much of the laundry was still wet and they forgot to give me an entire bag that had all my towels and dishcloths. I'm also missing at least one pair of jeans and I have a feeling there is more missing that I haven't discovered yet. Overall, the service is wonderful and they did an amazing job the first time. Perhaps this was a hiccup, it happens but I wanted to give them another shot before reviewing.

Ordered a transmission. Paid with bank transfer (forced because he gets charged backs on credit…read morecards, now we know why, it's a scam). Week after week he kept saying he shipped it and it never came. Week after week kept having a new excuse. Months go by he finally ships the rare 1986 transmission and only includes one mounting bracket. It is effectively a $750 paper weight now for the last 2 years I'm searching for the other mounting bracket so I can install it just. Meanwhile he tells me when I say I need the other mounting bracket... "It's not my problem". So he sold a transmission supposedly in working order but only gave 1/2 of the required equipment to mount it... making a $750 paper weight that can't be installed, used, or tested. I have months of text exchanges of his lies, delays, excuses. Meanwhile I'm homeless and my home (the van) stays broken and after I excruciatingly (painfully disabled with nerve damage) worked so hard to save up to buy this transmission... it was a scam all a long. I can't afford to buy another just to get the mounting bracket that was supposed to come with it (if I could even FIND one) and he refused to help. This place is a scam. He has no heart, He has no soul, I'm trying to save enough money to drive out to sue (because i'm out of state).

I'm not a person to make a huge issue but as a worker at least offer to help me when my clothes was already filled with soap. I don't care about getting my wash done I understand but the lady was not nice at all. She was very rude and acted like she didn't know english.
