Hi,
The service they do is totally unpleasant except the pretty woman working there. I was treated terribly. I went with my Scott bike to get it repaired. Was waiting a week for his head mechanic. Once I came he was talking to my while playing around 2 other Customers. That is pretty bad behavior as show his not respecting to the client. I am not Irish, however I could feel in his voice kind of discrimination and not respecting other nation.
But what is the problem? Well, problem started when I asked for a confirmation that he took a bike to get it repaired. He said they do not do it.. I think what the hell.. it is normal that everywhere you leave your stuff to get service for it you get a confirmation saying "Bike Model XXX XXX collected to get repaired" simple. but no.. he said people in Ireland trust each other.. I do not personally care if somebody trust them or other people but I do not trust people I do not know.. they do service for me only so I expect confirmation.. my bike cost 2,500 euro.. and they want me to leave it for them just like this.. they would be able to say after several h once I would come to collect it that there was no such bike and what I want.. and what I would do then? NOTHING! I would loose it.. I believe it would not happen as Irish aren't like this.. however better safe than sorry.. this person threw me out of his shop saying he does not want to do such stuff.. of course.. he has a right to say no to do the service for me.. however I'll make sure that all the town will know of how he is treating people.. anyway, be careful of this shop, as one day you can loose your bike, there is no point trusting people in current times without good base for this. read more
