They do great quality work if you're not in a rush. No walk-ins, all work is appointment only. With that said, it's a positive experience if you plan ahead and they do the job correctly and above and beyond expectations. I woke up to a flat tire on my 2009 Dodge Ram while vacationing in the Helen, GA area. I changed to the spare and did a Yelp search for a BF Goodrich dealer. I had to leave the rim as they had to order my tire. Next day it was waiting on me. They mounted the new tire, put the spare back. On my way back to my cabin I noticed the low tire light never went out so I called. Saturday, next day, I made the 35 minute drive again. Took my 2018 Chevy to Trammell Tire to have the front tires replaced ( I provided the tires). They installed my tires within the day which is great. When they called and said the car was ready for pickup I asked if they reset the tire pressure monitoring system and they said yes. When my wife got home from the tire shop on Friday she said the tire malfunction light was on. She called them on Monday and was told that they had checked the tire pressure system after installing the tires. If the light was blinking there was a failure in our system and we needed to have it checked. It could be that an individual sensor or two needed to be replaced. I was told the cost to replace one was about $80. Frustrated with their less than helpful handling of the situation we took the car to John Megel Chevy on Monday afternoon and they used their tire "relearn tool" and had it fixed in less than 3 minutes while I watched. I asked how much I owed them and they said "no charge". Did Trammell really check our tires and use the "relearn tool" or did they really want to replace our tire sensors at $80 per tire. We won't be back!!!!! read more

This place has fast, friendly service and they gave us a great price on a full set of Michelins. They were so nice that we decided to get the alignment and oil changed too. We typically have the alignment done at the dealership and have had oil changes at Kauffman for years. This tire shop makes you feel like they value your business and we liked how thorough and fast they are. We will always use them for tires, oil changes and alignment on all our cars. read more
