Very nice staff!! Had a birthday party there. They were attentive with our needs. The place was clean and the pizzas were good!

Our kids love coming to Trampoline Zone (ages 8 & 10 years old). We have been a few times when in the area. When it's raining or too hot it's a great place for the kids to be kids indoor. The staff are friendly and there are a lot of different activities for them to do. We appreciate that we can work, read, spend together while the kids play somewhere safe. They have lots of table and chairs for the parents to hang out and the kids to come back for snacks, water, etc. Our kids really like racing in the different ninja zone course, they have jousting competitions, love the rock walls, and just in general jumping around and having fun. Things to note- You need to sign a waiver before jumping and the kids need jumping socks (socks with grips on the bottom). You can purchase them there and we just need to remember to bring them next time. There are different lengths of time you can choose from for how long you want to be there that day. read more

The facility itself is pretty nice and is jam-packed with things to do. The issue we had was there are a ton of staff members wandering around and yet no one seems interested in enforcing any of the rules designed to enhance both jumper safety and enjoyment. There were too many kids at a time on some of the equipment, kids constantly cutting in front of other kids for stuff, and packs of kids loitering in the middle of the obstacle courses so no one could use them. If you're going to come here, I recommend doing it either early in the day when they first open, or later in the day closer to closing time. Fewer kids in general would probably help alleviate most of these issues we were having. That and maybe staff who take a more active interest in doing their jobs. read more

My bros all thought it would suck to go here...calling it for kids. Saying things like this would be a lame place to go for a birthday party. But then we went and it was awesome with a capital A. Would def return, especially if I was only in town for 5 days or so. read more

This place is cool! We've been to trampoline parks before but this place outranks all of them. They have more than trampolines. They have a rock wall, Laser maze, Gladiator Beam, Slam Dunk, Dodge Ball and Obstacle Course. They also have a cafe and serve adult beverages. My biggest concern with this place is the lack of fall mats at the rock wall. It's solid concert and I watched several kids descend, fall back, land on their rears and nearly hit their head on the concrete from the controlled fall. read more

The staff is amazing (Ashton was my kids favorite) great attractions fun time. Food and drinks were at a very reasonable price.

Not a good place for little kids. This is where all the teenagers hang out. They do not watch out for the little kids jumping. So rude! They also have this staircase that goes up high where kids can jump off down below and my son was going up and waiting his turn and this older jerk kid pushed my little guy off who fell several feet below. This place really should have someone monitoring this area. They only have teenagers staffed here (which is fine) but the teenager staff needs to be more aware. The owner needs to monitor the staff better for safety. First time to this place and we won't be back. We love the other trampoline park (which I wont name) wayyyyyy better. Oh and no one was wearing masks here only the staff. Weird they don't enforce it. When I asked about it the girl told me they don't enforce it because they don't have masks to hand out to people! read more

Pretty fun place for the kids. I really have no complaints except for the occasional 50 Cent song with the lyrics "I'm into having sex, I'm not into making love". Or a good Kanye West song talking about drugs and booze. Seriously? Not very family oriented. read more

We were excited to take our kids today but no one is enforcing masks, the teens running the place don't do anything. Really disappointed. We won't be back until you guys can figure out how to enforce the safety things. I really don't want us to get shut down again! read more

Great place. Kids of all ages can enjoy. Lots of activities more than jumping. A wall climbing wall with 4 or 5 different sides. Obstacle course and laser tags! Beer for parents! And also food!!! read more

Great place for kids and adults alike. Great to have an alternative indoor activity center and this one has everything you would need. The trampolines are well laid out, plenty of space, the basketball section is adjustable for any age and skillset. The ninja zone is challenging and fun, a real work out that will challenge your balance and strength. They serve beer and wine near the trampoline area, and the bar above the pickle ball courts is stocked for any drink type. I have not had the food but the selection seemed very simple but smelled great. The owners are receptive to all suggestions and even gave us a tour of the entire facility. It's a great setup, but first thing we noticed when we walked in is that less than half of the people were wearing masks. I was really surprised! There are mask signs around, but it's just not enforced. We decided not to stay, unfortunately. read more

Go here and get sick! #1- They do not clean the table or equipment between uses. #2- 90% of the people there aren't wearing masks and using the facility. #3- Front desk staff will tell you to "get lost" if you have a request or complaint about safety!!!!!! #4- They don't enforce any rules. I wouldn't ever recommend going here. They've lost control of their employees and how to handle this crisis as a business. Everyone else complies but kids here do not seem to matter. Pretty sad they do not do an adult hour. As someone who used trampolines for their intended purpose (doing cool flips) it's sad that I have to train in the dark. It's dangerous being unable to spot my landings. Not to mention little kids running behind me while I flip. Wont ever tell anyone about this business. read more

Great great for kids! The food needs to be revisited. We were served nachos with cold cheese, the chili dog was beyond reproach, and the chicken strips snap back. Maybe a little upgrade in the food department and suggest offering snacks like applesauce and pirate booty etc.... read more

Kids loved this place. You can drop off for an hour. Only complaint is the confusion of staff... kids have had someone tell them there time is over early both times we have gone. Please fix that little kids listen to the staff even when they are wrong. I'd like to get all the time they were due!! read more

We really like this trampoline park, my only complaint is for those who can't afford to rent a room that have a child who wants their birthday there. They don't allow you to bring in a cake if you're just sitting at a table. I have never been to an establishment that told me I couldn't bring in my own decorations and cake unless I rented one of their rooms. I get buying their food and using their services which we were doing anyway just can't afford to rent a room, super disappointed that my child can't have a "birthday" there unless I spend $250 dollars on top of the extra cost of having a birthday for your child. read more

Visiting Bend with my grandkids and this has been a fun adventure for them. Lots of fun activities and areas to explore. They have been non stop since we got here. Grandkids are 7 & 5, they have been having so much fun. Great activities for older kids too, and even some for your ones. Staff are friendly and provide good supervision. First off I want to say this place is flat out incredible. I know a couple workers that work there and they are just the best!! my kids loved it!
