I cannot speak to the quality of gym but we had an unfortunate experience with their staff and owner regarding a summer camp. We had to miss a week of KIDS summer camp at the last minute so my children could see their grandparents, who they don't see often. They refused to issue a refund and cited their ridiculous cancellation policy more times that necessary...it's a childrens gymnastics facility, but they feel their tuition is on par with college tuition and once paid, cannot be refunded. They did offer to let us use the money as credit towards classes, but we aren't able to make any of them work, leaving us essentially out of luck. ANY program that works for kids should have compassion and empathy, especially when it comes to family. The fact that they're clinging on to our $144 over this matter baffles us, and we will not be returning or recommending them.
Again, I can't comment on the actual gymnastics program, just beware before you sign up...there is zero flexibility with their "refund policy" and the lack of compassion is concerning. read more
