The young lady that rubbed my feet gave me a touch of the modality on my toes, but nothing even resembling reflexology on any other part of my feet. I was absolutely for it and receptive to her tips about loosening tightness when sitting at a computer all day. She gave me some samples of biofreeze and a bottle of water and I committed to calling for another appointment in a couple weeks. Really really love her. She's a tiny lady but has amazing strength! I feel like a total jerk I can't remember her name.
