When I first walked in I was a little skeptical due to the modest entry/waiting room. However once I walked to the back where the magic happens my skepticism left. The atmosphere was peaceful, with dim lighting and soft music. They have multiple beds separated by a curtain which is perfect for solo, group or couple outings. I opted for the 60-minute reflexology session ($45), which included a 15-minute neck and shoulder massage, followed by a 45-minute foot massage.  My appointment started with a basic foot soak. During the foot soak I received the neck and shoulder massage, which felt absolutely delightful.  After the foot soak, I moved to the chair that fully reclines into a bed. Once on the chair they continue with the shoulder and arm massage before moving to my feet. The foot massage was like Heaven or what I imagine heaven to be like. The pressure was perfect throughout the entire session. I left feeling relaxed and completely rejuvenated--it felt like having a new pair of legs. She does not honor the $25 gift when you refer friends (I've referred 2 friends and she changes her story every time concerning the $25 gift for referring). I was also there Friday 9/26 and the air conditioning was not working and she did not send anyone over to fix it. It was so uncomfortably hot and the employees had to work in those conditions all day. She is not a good business owner as she can be very rude but I continue to go because of Thao and Anna is also a great nail tech who gets a 5 star rating.
