I love this place! A few months ago I had a really bad allergic reaction to some lotion on my face…read morethat sudden appeared out of nowhere and resembled acne. Fast forward and it seems that the acne is under control (or at least controllable) but I was left with hyper pigmentation (dark spots) on my cheeks and forehead. I was introduced to Kelly (owner of Haven Spa Boutique) and she immediately sat down with me and gave me a full skin mapping (under the bright light...I mean the works). She customized a facial program for me and I have noticed a tremendous difference. My skin is softer, less breakouts, and most importantly...the dark spots are fading! I know she will get my skin back to were it used to be and better. Since then I have also gotten my eyelashes tinted and they turned out great...it looks like I have on light mascara most days. I truly recommend this place...you won't be disappointed (plus she takes continued education which is a major score for me...it make me trust her more with my skin knowing she's taking additional classes for different types of skin)!

Just had second laser removal and dark splotches remain; dermatologist explained she went too deep into layers of skin so he'll try for a third removal but is not optimistic. Brooke is escaping accountability by claiming I asked to look like a freak. I am permanently disfigured by her and she has the audacity to blame me. I suspect her web pictures are fake. Don't take her word. She lies. Welcome to contact me for facts and to see her "work". Be advised this practice is not licensed in NC. Neither is the ink approved so it's a completely unregulated field and any huckster can claim to be anything with a slick web site. Brooke is a huckster with a slick website. I wish I didn't have to think of her ever again but every time I look in the mirror I want to cry. My disfigured face is a constant reminder. Don't risk it. Her aftercare instructions and easy to understand and she texted me the day after to see how healing was going. I went back 6 weeks later for my color boost and I'm so happy with the work. I read another review of someone who had a bad experience and it's almost like she wasn't even at the same place with the same artist because several people I know use her and they've all had great experiences too. I have been going to her…read morefor over three years for threading and recently got into tinting with eyebrows and lashes and refuse to go to anyone else for my eyebrows for all 3 now too not just threading. She helped my eyebrows finally grow out and shape fully to the shape that worked best with my face structure when I first worked with her. She works with my pain in the butt skin as well because it is extremely sensitive skin and I have eczema and rosacea on my face and the tint she uses does not bother me for those who may wonder about the reactions to your skin and is very gently when she threads my eyebrows and makes sure not to cut my skin ever. She will be honest if a hair is too short to thread to make sure not to cut me etc. She is beyond kind and extremely sweet. I feel very comfortable when I go to see her and enjoy talking/catching up with her each time. She is very professional and always wants to ensure that you have the best results possible. If you are not happy or would like to change/work on fixing something, she is more than willing to do it. She truly wants to make sure you look amazing and are pleased with your results. She is also honest and will tell you when you should not thread a specific part and let it grow in etc. even if it may not be what you want to hear she does it so you can see the best results at the end over time. Trust her judgement. I don't trust anyone else to touch my eyebrows. She recently suggest tinting for my lashes and eyebrows because a lot of my hairs are very light blonde so you can't see them and my lashes are blonde ish on the tips on the ends so you can't see the full length of them either and I am unable to wear any form of makeup with my skin issues. The picture below shows how much fuller and longer my lashes look with the tint yet still look natural and not over the top! I have been amazed by it. The tint did not react badly to my skin either just so you know. She went over the ingredients with me and went through different brands with me and allowed me to have them checked by my dermatologist. She is great at working with finding the right tint color for you and constantly fixing it each time to get it even more perfect than the time before. If you go see Nisha and work with her she will give you the best results and you will not be disappointed. You will love her personality too. She is really down to earth and sweet. I always enjoy going to see her and feel great after getting my eyebrows done and now my lashes. Really grateful I listened to her about getting into tinting now too. It allows me to feel like I have a little bit of pop to my face/eyes even though I can't use makeup and it is still a natural look. I honestly cannot rave enough about Nisha and her work. She amazes me with her talent.
