I could not have made a better choice. But first, I have to tell you about the spa. Of course, its South Park location sets the tone for excellence and posh. The spa is absolutely stunning with its crisp, white decor. I was fortunate to visit during the holiday season and it's decorated beautifully. I was greeted warmly and quickly upon entrance and seated comfortably with a glass of water. I got a little nervous seeing the facials being done in an "open area" but felt relieved when Monika D came and whisked me to a private room for my treatment. The treatment room was very nice with its electric fireplace mounted on the wall, spa-like music playing, and a very warmly heated massage table. Monika explained all that she would do but I could not even recall any of it once she started her amazing treatment. I do know that she exfoliated and moisturized my entire body with elements of massage incorporated. I have had wraps in the past, but this was different. I have had to shower after wraps to remove the applied products but Monika had a technique to remove products as she provided the treatment. I lost count of how many times I fell asleep despite my best efforts not to do so. I was just that relaxed. Monika assured me that my ability to relax to the extent of falling asleep was actually a compliment. I didn't want to fall asleep because I didn't want to miss a moment of the pampering. I left with skin that feels amazing. My only negative comment (if that's really the best description) is that treatments are not "cheap", but you get what you pay for. I will definitely go back (I booked my next treatment while I was there), but this level of self-care will be saved for more special occasions rather than the routine.

On the certification agreement, it does not state there is an expiration date and or that it's nonrefundable Or that I need to spend equal value with her product's. She is in the wrong by being spiteful to her ex employee clients. She is not professional. Do not waste your time with her or your hard earned money. She has just now completely removed me from her system so I could not leave a review on her Vargo page. See how petty and immature and unprofessional she's acting! All I want is a refund. I have actually never spoke with or seen this lady really as long as I visited the business. I was there to support and get services from a friend of mine that was a 1099 but got treated and taxed like a regular employee.. kinda fishy maybe even some illegal shady stuff.
