He stares me down after I put food out, bc it's not his fav, so I come and get the bowl and waste can after can until he'll settle for a subpar flavor. Selena was searching and as said this is confusing as the food I need is called salmon in gravy GRAVY LOVERS w a small flag on the can that says Pate. It's a slightly lighter brighter green than the gravy lovers salmon. Anyway, in all this confusion Selena said, I wish I could take a pic to send you, and I said DO IT!! Bc I know it's confusing. And sure enough, she had it, and brought it to the front of the store for my boyfriend to pick up. Excellent customer service. While I was on the phone w her losing all hope bc this food is ridiculous to track down, I ordered a 24 pack from Amazon, will be here on Sunday. Could my cats deal for a few days? Sure. I'll waste a ton of cans but, they'll still eat. Thanks to Selena's amazing customer service, Im getting what she found on top of my Amazon order. This is what needs to be happening in all retail stores, or we won't have any due to online ordering. Customer service is a thing of the past now. PAWS For Love is located on the lower level of the Gardens Mall near Sears. This temporary store benefits Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Loxahatchee. If you make a donation of a certain amount, you can select one of the many stuffed animals dogs adorning the walls. They also have dog-related merchandise inside for sale. The store is nicely decorated and inviting, more of a living room feel than a pet store feel. Sometimes they have real live dogs in the store inside little gated areas. We will definitely be back to see them in person.

I don't take him anywhere he doesn't get flees it's actually your fault he did and you do nothing?! this actually says more about the care you have for the animals people trust you with, what if he was close to a dog with rabies and you didnt pay attention just like you didn't with the flees. My dog would be dead. I made a very reasonable request and your clinics inability compensate for YOUR MISTAKE is absolutely disgusting. Let's get into it... 1. I am accustomed to her grooming apportionments being no longer than 2 hours. This "groom" took 5 HOURS! 2. I communicated clearly my expectations for her cut. "Please cut off anything that is matted but I also want you to communicate with any big cut decisions. They shaved her down to the skin. Then did not call me once to debrief. 3. At the 3.5 hour point of this grooming appointment, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and DEAD ASS was put on hold for another 10 minutes. At that point I hung up, drove over to an empty store front. No one was there. Eventually someone arrives... they then tell me she needs an additional hour. "So sorry, it's so busy in here" ... as she is restocking the treates on the front counter. 4.This "grooming appointment" left my dog in the worst condition I have ever seen her in. Her skin is RED, raw and she will not sit down. She has not stopped itching, biting and scratching her skin to the point of making herself bleed. (Please see photos below) 5.Let me end this by saying there is no amount of money I would not spend on my dog. This TERRIBLE grooming appointment cost me $144 and then had the audacity to ask for a tip on top of it. 6.I am now spending my time looking up home remedies for medical aid to skin irritation. My dog had no problems ever before Do not go here.
