This is the coffee shop you have been looking for. The once in a great while gem. I started with an espresso, which I have learned is necessary in small towns. Fantastic. A full City plus roast, well done. I followed up with a cortado, but made with heavy cream. Decadent and delicious. Not a standard drink anywhere, but I make these at home, on occasion. The shop itself is the true definition of the third space. Relax and stay a while. All wood interior that looks like it has been there forever. Giant cottonwood slab table in the middle. A fantastic collection of musical instruments. A gourd sitar, an oud, ukeleles,guitars, and on. That's just one corner. Water features outside. I have been there . Recommended by a friend. Looks like a nice place to chill in the morning. A bit pricy for coffee . I hear their dog friendly . I hope they have doggie treats , none was provided. I did not like the dark roast house coffee . It was the water it had a chemical taste to it. They better change their water filters or change their water source. The place was not loud or packed. I do not know what the buzz is about is place but I would not spend, 3 .25 for a 16 ounce coffee. It's just a bohemian meeting place with free wifi. This is a great spot! The staff is really friendly and welcoming. We came in on a very busy Saturday morning looking for breakfast and good coffee. There was a bit of a line but it was worth the wait. There are plenty of homemade baked goods and the green chili quiche was amazing. Really great soy latte (plus that the soy is sugar free). Beans were fresh and foam was aplenty. Excellent inviting and friendly barista person working. Decor is fabulous and fascinating. Energy was open and inviting. Super dog friendly for friendly people with friendly dogs. Our first stop in anywhere in our first visit to Silver City. Great opening to our day visit to this very interesting town in a very interesting, supposedly "rural" place on earth. Highly recommend stopping in whether you like coffee or not. read more

The latte was nicely prepared. Environment was clean. Cafe offers indoor and outdoor seating. The musician that came in part way through our coffee drove us out of the cafe with his handling of the sound system. Walking into this Cafe is taking a trip back in 1969-1973 free spirit America. The cafes and better shape than the rest of the town. This town is struggling and dying. You can almost always find a place to vegetate and hang out. It's a great location to escape the cold. As everyone mentions, the shop is very "cute". I don't drink drip, but depending on who the barista is, the espresso drinks are pretty good. Unfortunately, it's difficult for me to give that much money to a shop under the slogan "Love Lives Here" while knowing the misogynistic management frequently punishes female baristas for unknown reasons while the esteemed male employees can't be bothered to be friendly (or sober). There is an old water pump with running water to bring calmness while drinking you coffee or tea. No cold brew, rather chilled coffee and they put coffee ice cubes in it. The coffee is beyond horrible ! Dale the owner would not know quality coffee if it walked up and yanked the back of his mullet. He is a nice guy , he just knows nothing about coffee ! Beyond the bad coffee there is often times some music being played which although usually not that good, it is of far better quality than the coffee. If you have had your taste buds removed and you don't really care what music sounds like as long as someone looks serious about playing it . Then this is a place where you can hear tons of local gossip and they won't mind your dog coming along with you which is always nice ! If you are from the East Coast and didn't ever see an actual horse until you reached retirement age then wearing a cowboy hat is mandatory ! read more

Cool decor with a great setting and concept. Lackluster employee at 4pm on Saturday insisted against pouring a "free pour" coffee, when that's what their signs state.
