My basic pedicure included a salt water soak, a salt scrub, a hot towel, lotion/massage, and polish. I like the way my toes look and my feet feel. So why a 4-star review then? After reading other Yelp and Google reviews, I called this morning to get an appointment since I did not want to wait as a walk-in. I was told 12:15pm, and then 12pm. I repeated this back and the man on the phone confirmed the time twice before I hung up. When I arrived a few minutes before 12, I was told my time was actually for 12:45. I know I did not make an error on this, and I wish he'd just said they made a mistake instead of insisting that's the time he told me over the phone; it was not. During my appointment, two other women came in for pedicures; one woman arrived soon after I did and said she had an appointment, but her treatment wasn't even started by the time I left. So that's challenging if you have a schedule to stick to. Overall, good treatment, clean shop, iffy time management.

I've tried many other places but I always end up coming back to them. Jason is the only person on this world who I will let wax my eyebrows - because let's be honest, they're very important! :) this is a small nail salon but their prices are amazing and their work is wonderful.
