They do manicures and pedicures but don't expect anything fancy. It's a very casual atmosphere. You can buy food from outside and eat it while waiting or while you are under the hair dryer. They do the basics (wash, dry, cut, curls, highlights, dye hair) really well. Expect hair to last two to four days since they are heavy handed with putting oils in your hair unless you specifically tell them not to. A simple head shake will suffice when they point to the oils. Unless you need the extra oils because your hair really needs the moisture. Great for special occasions that are on that same day (prom, weddings, birthdays, etc.) They accept credit cards. Overall this is a place I go to when I want my hair done by a salon. Cons: They have wi-fi but it's Xfinity so you need an Xfinity account or a pass to use the wi-fi. Not handicap accessible. The workers there are of Spanish descent so know what you want in Spanish and be able to say it. They have someone that knows English but Spanish is preferred. For complex stuff like rainbow hair, balayge, blorange, (this review was written in 2017 and these are some of the trends out there) any current trends as of your year they might have a hard time. Constant Spanish music in the background, might be a con for some. They have most hair dyes but if you want to dye your hair a non conventional color then you'd have to bring your own dye because they don't supply it. They do let you bring in your own dye and they'll charge the same price as if they had used their own dye.

Despite being confused and apologetic (he thought he was on time) Amaya was very rude and dismissive. She was visibly annoyed and insistent that only an abbreviated cut could be done due to timing. This was an otherwise empty shop at the time. I can understand time constraints, and even being turned away due to being late, but what I can't understand is the lack of kindness and lack of customer service in general.
