I did end up waiting a while due to there only being 2 people working in the shop and me being a walk-in, but they were so friendly and apologetic I honestly didn't even mind waiting. They took their time on the clients they had but also worked efficiently, which I would have wanted if it had been me. And they didn't turn me away even though they had to stay open almost an hour later than their posted hours to complete my manicure. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and even gave me some advice on nail care. My nails turned out great. Also I was happy to see that they allow you to add a tip on your card, unlike most other nail salons that require a cash tip. My new nail spot!

She ran the water it was excellent , her husband gave me the pedicure and massage, he did a great job. Didnt cut my nails to short, did an excellent job with the painting of my nails. And we had very nice conversation. When I finished my pedicure I asked if they had time to redo my gel nails. Sure no problem, again the gentleman did a great job and was super nice. Massage was wonderful. Next we had lunch, where we had to leave the establishment and go to the restaurant next door, again not told prior to visit. Next, I had a pedicure, but nails were not painted because I still needed to get my facial. Here is where the real problem happened. The steam machine leaked all over my stomach and gave me a burn. She apologized and that was it. She did not tell the owner. It was just red when I left. I thought to myself it was an accident. By that evening I developed a blister, and to date, a month after, I still have a scar. I contacted the owner the day after and explained what happened. She blew me and it off. I sent an email requesting a refund of $70, the cost of the facial. She asked for my address and after 3 weeks I still had not gotten the refund. I emailed again and got a sob story about her being a single mom. Again, I asked for my refund. This lead to her calling me a liar and stating I am only out for money. All, I asked for was $70, the cost of the one service in which I was burned. I'd give zero stars but that is not an option.

I've tried many other places but I always end up coming back to them. Jason is the only person on this world who I will let wax my eyebrows - because let's be honest, they're very important! :) this is a small nail salon but their prices are amazing and their work is wonderful. They're worth a try if not all of your nail and waxing must haves! $6 for eyebrow waxing, $35 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I always leave a good tip, they definitely deserve it!!
