I love this place, I've been coming to them regularly for seven months now, I've suffered from acne…read moreand oily skin all my life, today I don't wear make-up anymore, I don't need it, you guys are amazing, thank you !!!

1 STAR -- DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING…read more I originally went to this business for a $99 promotional facial. I had absolutely no intention of purchasing or financing a $1,500 package. After the facial, I experienced what I consider extremely aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics. I repeatedly indicated that I wasn't interested, but the pressure continued. I ultimately signed up for Cherry financing because I felt coerced, wanted the interaction to end, and wanted to leave. I absolutely would not have entered into this financing otherwise. The actual experience was also nothing like what I consider a professional spa. In my opinion, it felt more like a warehouse-style sales operation than a legitimate spa experience. The emphasis seemed to be on selling expensive packages, financing and devices rather than individualized skincare. I received only 1 of the 4 microneedling treatments, which the business has now confirmed to me IN WRITING. The treatment was performed at only 0.5 mm, and I was never offered another depth or told that other depths were available. Only after I complained was I told I supposedly could have requested something different. Based on my subsequent research, professional microneedling is commonly individualized by treatment area, skin condition and desired result, and deeper settings may be used when appropriate. The superficial treatment I received did not produce the results I expected. I was also given an ENEO Totalé home facial device as part of the transaction. When I subsequently disputed the financing, employees told me that my dispute would not go in my favor because they had given me the device. I found that statement extremely concerning. After researching comparable at-home skincare devices, I found numerous options selling for a couple hundred dollars. I have offered to RETURN their device if they provide a prepaid shipping label. I also felt harassed and pressured when I attempted to resolve the situation. Being specifically told that my dispute wouldn't succeed because they had placed this device in my possession made me question why the device was included in the financed package in the first place. I cannot speak to their intentions, but anyone considering financing here should research the device and its independent market value before signing anything. Even more disturbing was what an employee told me about her working conditions. She told me that she was not being paid for all of her work, was scheduled with customers back-to-back every 30 minutes without adequate breaks, described herself as essentially being treated like a "slave," and expressed fear of retaliation and physical mistreatment by management if they learned she had complained. I cannot independently verify these allegations and am not presenting them as established facts. However, I found what she told me disturbing enough that I became extremely uncomfortable returning. I will not publicly identify her because she specifically expressed fear of retaliation, but I am willing to provide the information directly to the appropriate labor or government authorities if they investigate. After this experience, I researched the business itself and discovered something I wish I had known beforehand. The same Fort Myers address and phone number have been marketed under multiple names, including Fort Myers Spa by VouPre, Fort Myers Spa, and Fort Myers Med Spa & Wellness. BBB identifies E.H.L. Marketing LLC in connection with the business, and public records show E.H.L. Marketing LLC registering "Fort Myers Spa & Wellness" as a fictitious name. That doesn't establish why the branding changed, but consumers should be aware of the history and research the underlying business entity rather than relying solely on the current name. I have already paid approximately $500 toward this transaction. At this point, it has become a matter of principle. I recognize that challenging the financing may be an uphill battle, but I am pursuing my dispute with Cherry and am prepared to use the appropriate consumer-protection, regulatory and legal processes available to me. I certainly will never return to this business. My advice is simple: research the business and its prior names, research the device independently, demand an itemized price for every product and service, and do not sign financing documents during a high-pressure sales presentation if you are uncomfortable. I wish I had done all of that before walking through the door.
