I went to Innate in You as a last chance before going to see a doctor and amazingly (I wasn't expecting it to work) the pain was gone by the time I left. Elisha spent most of the time on a muscle that she said was very tight and when she put pressure on it was very painful, but she released the tightness AND the pain after 30 or so minutes. The receptionist was nice, but wasn't dressed professional in her worn jeans and sweatshirt. I think she was painting her own nails as I waited and she was eating lunch at the desk as I entered(yes MacNCheese). Your receptionist is the face of your business, so maybe someone should take a look at that face a little closer. She also quoted us incorrectly on the prices, so she needs to learn those better or look them up since she wasn't sure. I was referred there from a friend who said it was very clean, and it was. Tony was dressed very professional and another girl had black slacks on, but then there were two girls in jeans working there too. I would have liked to see everyone in black pants. I mentioned it was my first time, so it would have been nice if someone explained how things were done or what to expect. I was told to go sit at the table in the back for drying my nails under the light, but no one came back to get me or tell me how long to sit there. I finally asked a girl how long do I sit here. It would have made the experience a little nicer to know what to expect. I think people assume you know the routine, but I didn't and I told them it was my first time. I was glad the staff spoke English well, but my daughter wished her specialist was friendlier. While there, there was an unfortunate experience with another customer who was rude, offensive and racist(and that is putting it nicely). The staff handled this person in a professional manner and I just wanted to say I felt very sorry for that whole incident. I would have refused service to her immediately. Prices were very comparable, if not a little less than what I have seen. They were very busy and I'm sure they will hire more employees as they grow. Thank you Tony. I will return.

I scheduled to get my nails done with tom at 3 on Monday 11/24. I went in a little early because I got out of work early and come to find out they didn't have time for me and asked me to reschedule or go with someone else. The whole time they were kinda giggling about it. I like Tom's work so I'd rather have him do my nails but after being forgotten about and laughed at I'm not exactly thrilled. I drove an hour to get my nails done just for nothing.

I like the people here, but the lack of attention to detail made my experience lukewarm. There are SO many hair places in the area; you would think that a salon would make a greater effort to make the experience for a first-time customer great.
