Very dirty! The man giving me my manicure didn't even look clean. He never opened any tools and even the bowl of water didn't look inviting. I went with my daughter, she sat down and put her hands into the bowl of water. Then this woman comes over and takes her hands out of that bowl and moved her to another chair. Meanwhile the guy comes and tells me to sit down and has me put my hands in the same bowl of water!!'n Quite a test for the immune system. Never going back!! read more

Terrible. 1. Did not mention cash only when I made an appointment on the phone. They had my pay using pay pal. 2. I came to get my acrylics taken off. She used another acrylic tip to PRY them off my hands. They weren't press ons, nor did they look like that. She didn't bother to ask. 3. I eventually spoke up and told her it hurt and that you're supposed to soak them. 4. She gives me a bowl and a rag and tells me to start scrubbing them off myself 5. Another dude comes by and gets the grinder electric took and burns me with it. The grit was worn down too much. 6. Their child comes down to the salon, pants gone, penis fully out. And stays there for 5 minutes. They do nothing. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. read more

This is not my regular salon. I snapped a nail while I was in the area and called for an appointment. I get to the place which is hard to find while driving, thank goodness for GPS. I walk in and am underwhelmed with the decor, but it looks clean so I stay. While waiting, I noticed a sign that states cash only. No one said this to me on the phone when I made the appointment, nor was it told to me upon arrival. When I asked where an ATM was, I was told, "go around corner." Okay. I get back and a man said it was my turn. He couldn't be bothered to tell me his name or ask for mine. He didn't converse with me the entire time I was there. My nails were crooked, paint missed around the edges, not capped in the ends and the stickiness on the nails remained until I removed it. Next time, I will wait until I go home. All they care about is money, not customers. read more

Exceptional quality, name brand SNS dip powder manicure lasts me five full weeks! The only reason I go back monthly is because of the new growth and to change the color! Owner Kim is detailed oriented, meticulous, and follows all of the COVID-19 sanitation guidelines. Her father provides the pedicures, and gives a long relaxing massage, which is heaven in combination with the massage chair! The polish on my feet lasted weeks which is uncommon with summertime feet, sand etc. this is a family owned and operated Salon, where the owners sometimes bring their small children to work - I think it's a beautiful thing to see their cute faces and appreciate how hard the family works to provide. Cash only, so be sure to stop at the ATM in town on your way, and bring coins for the meter. read more

I did not find this salon clean. The seat of a chair next to me was badly stained which made me think twice about overall cleanliness of the salon. And the gentleman who attempted my manicure was not friendly at all and he and the owner did not understand the color I asked for (French manicure polish). He did a poor job and actually started painting a base coat over my cuticles but then said something to the owner and then she replaced him. read more

I will NEVER return here... I wanted to take my mom out to get our nails done, they wouldn't let us sit next to each other because the dryers were plugged in elsewhere. Ok, whatever. I had to get gel taken off my nails, in that time my moms manicure was already done-- less than 15 minutes and paint left on her skin. After getting my gel off, he couldn't get mine done faster. My nails are crooked and not squared off like I asked, I had to dig the excess nail polish out from under the nail, the cuticles were quickly once overed leaving some left over, the top coat is pooled up at the cuticle AND THE PLACE IS DIRTY. The tools were dirty, the dryers were dirty, it was gross. I'll take the drive a little further to go elsewhere next time and you should too! read more

When another salon failed to schedule my group for the right day and responded rudely, leaving me and my bridal party without anywhere to go, Envy rescued us, got us in with smiles and out with beautiful nails. They were happy to accommodate our large group and were complete professionals. I entered as a crying bride-to-be and left smiling and ready for my big day. Friendly, family owned, convenient & right in downtown Plymouth! My (pedicure) foot massage was awesome & their prices were reasonable. I arrived a 1/2 hr early for my appt. and they took me right away! The only thing I'd tell you is that they only take cash for payment. I will definitely be returning! read more

Incredible pedicure experience! The massage on the legs, the two massages, were fantastic and much needed. The painting of my toes came out very well. So pleased and can't wait to come back. Such an oasis for me. Place is not fancy, but they do the job of getting you relaxed and all pretty! Have not had manicure yet. But I am sure it will be just as lovely. read more

I have been going to salons to get acrylic nails for over 20 years in various regions of the country and in salons of varied price range and exclusivity; from this perspective, I feel competent to say that this is the worst nail salon I have ever visited. I feel compelled to write this review as I am concerned that the practices of this salon are both unsafe and discriminatory. The lack of hygiene and attendance to state laws outlined by State Board of Barbering, Cosmetology and Esthetics is frightening. What makes this even more of a hazard are all of the college students who go there and unknowingly put themselves at risk. In terms of discriminatory practices, the male owner displays an outward persona to the college aged young women who visit the salon that is offensive. Specifically, I went there with a middle aged gay man who was outraged because he felt the owner "played gay" (his words) to gain the trust and business of these young women and then turned it off when they left then talking to his wife (who also works there) about their children and concerns at home in his regular voice. Clearly, it is one thing to make your customers feel comfortable, but to do so at the expense of using stereotypes of a group of people is NOT okay. read more
