I decided to pop in on a Sunday afternoon in search of a baby bonnet and immediately noticed how neat and organized the store was. The guy that worked the counter was very friendly and took the time to help me find the bonnets so I can make a selection. I also ended up picking up a brush. Although the kids bonnet ended up being too big for the baby, it was still one I could use, so it was not a complete fail for me. While checking out, the cashier let me know that they can also help order items for me that they may not have in stock currently when I asked about a black owned braiding hair option that does not have the same chemicals as the typical pre-stretched braiding hair. The inside of the store is BIG and I had no idea of where to look. I went to the front and asked for help and the cashier told me exactly where to go to find it and her recommended aisle was accurate. I think it was 8 or 9. After finding exactly what I needed, I got in line and was able to find a bamboo brush for laying edges. The cashier checked me out and told me about the free rewards program, so I signed up. The service was great and it was a lot of things to choose from, such as costume jewelry, hair products, braiding hair and cute accessories.
