The new location is inside the former Kroger store which is humongous inside. Everything is nicely organized and clean. The customer service is not exactly exceptional however it is acceptable although it would be nice if they were friendlier. I do like that they seem to have almost everything you need. I also love the loyalty program, I've saved as much as twenty dollars off in the past.

Found this quaint little beauty supply while attending a workout class next door. Not only is it…read moreblack owned, but it is black woman owned. While inside I saw that they carried some of everything beauty related. Hair care, skin care, some make-up, accessories for hair too. I even saw hair care products from small businesses. She doesn't just carry larger brands in her store. The owner was so nice and explained how she named her store. She also said she hosts braiding events for people who may not be able to afford to go to salons. Of course the people braiding are professionals, they just don't charge like salons do. I was thoroughly impressed and happy to have found her shop. Her prices are comparable to other beauty supply stores too. I was able to purchase some products from 2 companies that I typically have to buy from online, so no waiting to receive a shipment in the mail. The store was clean and inviting. The owner answered any questions I had and I was able to support a black owned business in my community while also getting some hair care products that I needed.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. If they're out of something , they make suggestions on an alternative. They have 3 stores within a 8 mile radius. Parking is an issue--they have a few spots up front (some are only 15 minutes). If you can't find one up there, you have to pull around the back in this sketchy parking lot. Customer service isn't there. The associates barely greeted me and didn't even look up. They were talking with one another. The only time I got real customer service is when I was taking too long to buy something. One of the employees snuck up on me and asked if I needed help. I felt rushed. The girl talked to another employee the whole time she rang me up. Again, no interaction. This store has a good variety of products, but the parking situation and lack of customer service cancels that out. The beauty supply isn't necessarily a place you go for 5 star service, but they could've definitely been more attentive. Just prepare for the average beauty supply experience!

The most important part is they had what I was looking for and didn't try to sale me on anything but recommended only what I needed. I ended up buying the Creme of Nature CoWash which will replace V105 and Suave shampoo and she gave some samples for some other things as well! Good service I appreciate it!
