Lo behold only 5 month later after spending so much money to find out what's wrong with my car, turns out it was the stupid part I bought from this company. They sold me an extremely deteriorated part that had leaks and now they don't want to hear anything about it because it's been past 3 months and because " the part I bought was working until it wasn't". No it wasn't working, it continued causing extreme damage to my car and now that I found out that it was the problem, I think I deserve some compensation for the money I spent on junk!! By the way there was no mention of the said warranty at point of sale. I believe you do have good parts, but when your team misses something, accountability instills hope to your customers and make them want to come back for more.
