While Cash value life insurance annuities can be good for people who have children, need the life insurance and want to get some value at the end, you are much better off to go directly to an insurance company and get it, instead of a snowball artist like him. Peddling this type of deal as a "retirement plan" is terribly unethical. In my past experience these plans typically require a large amount of premium or expensive life insurance with heavy restrictions. Meanwhile when I know I signed up for rental coverage they once again screw me and tell me I dont have rental coverage. So I'm stuck paying for a rental while my truck is sitting and not getting repaired. I pay a pretty good amount and getting this kind of service is very disappointing. I had progressive before and ran into a similar situation and they actually made some calls and got someone out immediately, and my vehicle at the time was repaired within a week and half. Going on a week now and no repairs started due to Allstate.
