I was welcomed by an employee who was very helpful and helped us to pick out a leotard, stockings, and ballet shoes for my toddler. She was a dancer herself and was able to pick out things that would be best for my baby. I went in to buy one leotard and shoes but I ended up walking out with 2 leotards, a skirt, stockings and shoes. I wasn't scammed but or anything. He was not only helpful, but charming and genuinely kind. He engaged my young one and conversed fluidly and I wasn't the only one to experience this-- he was just as courteous to the family that walked in after me.
