The coaches are highly knowledgeable, will ensure you are appropriately trained if you are unfamiliar with specific movements, and will keep you motivated as you go through the workout. All the scheduled workouts are conducted in a group environment so you'll be doing what everyone else it. Since leaving active duty, I've missed working out in a group. This has been a perfect resolution and I've made many friends a long the way. If you ever questioned checking out CrossFit, my recommendation is to stop on by and see what you've been missing out on.
