Overall, the equipment and cleanliness are pretty consistent across all locations, and this one is no exception. The water aerobics here is top tier, great instructors and effective workout. I burn around 428 calories. The only downsides are - 1. the pool temperature is noticeably colder than the other locations. It's freezing . It's a bit shocking at first, but once you jog in place for 7 minutes you're fine. 2. The class is only offered once a week, which I wish was more frequent given how much I enjoy it. 3. The instructor is always tardy.

The equipment is rusty, with chipped paint and machines that always seem to be out of order. The AC has been blowing hot air for two weeks straight, turning workouts into a sauna session. Hand sanitizer stations are always empty, which is especially gross considering how grimy and smelly the dumbbells are. Many of the weight plates are chipped, and the dumbbell selection is a joke--there's been only one set of 10 lb dumbbells for four years. How hard is it to order more? This place clearly doesn't prioritize cleanliness, comfort, or reinvestment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Enter HiLi HiLi= High Intensity, low impact classes . Classes designed at 50 mins or less and meant to obtain results . So far I've tried Reformer Pilates with Cody Lee and Hot mat classes . Cody's full body sculpt leaves no muscle untouched and the music is always fire! Hot mat combines weights and Pilates style workouts. Both are challenging.. and both are affordable compared to many Pilates studios in South Florida . I highly recommend this studio and book in advance cuz they sell out quickly!

It was decided with the owner Max that my husband would receive the unlimited pass since I wasn't going to use it. Well, 2 months into this, my husbands credit card started getting charged the $99 a month unlimited charge (totaling 5 month). Max now refuses to refund the overcharge or even give it as a credit. I can no longer recommend a shady business such as Rock Hard Fitness. I have been coming here since the gym opened and will no longer be returning. STAY AWAY

I followed the instructions they provided, only to later find out my membership was never suspended correctly. Because of their mistake and lack of training, I ended up being charged over $100 in fees I should never have owed. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was threatened with collections over charges caused by their own employee's misinformation. Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero concern for fixing the problem fairly. A gym should have staff who actually understand membership policies, especially when it affects people financially. This situation felt dishonest, stressful, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend this gym to anyone unless you want surprise charges and terrible customer service.

I didn't feel too crammed or that I didn't have enough space, which I appreciated. The coaches were AWESOME. Super welcoming, did a great demo, hyped us up during the hour and also checked on us and coached our form. I'm ready to come back and work out again because it was honestly so refreshing. Overall, 5/5 for sure!

(am I an F45 girly now?!)…read more My previous review still stands, but had to say that after a month or so of ClassPassing my way through the F45 classes at Baldwin, I just took the leap to a full F45 unlimited membership. I am HOOKED! The trainers really make the workout so much fun and push me when I'm trying to skate by (half-assed push-ups or lowering weights when I don't *have* to). I find myself dancing my way through these intense workouts and this is legitimately the only thing for which I would get out of bed for a 6:30am class (we're talking pre-sunrise... and I'm not a morning person). I love the atmosphere and the super joyful trainers! In terms of logistics, they have a very convenient schedule with classes all throughout the day. I would suggest giving it a try with their 7 days for 7 dollars intro plan and then seeing if you want to do a month-to-month plan or certain number of classes. I went the ClassPass route, like I mentioned, for a month and realized that I had stopped going to my other fitness studios and was hyped on F45. I also really appreciate that certain days are more cardio-focused (still using weights), and some are resistance-focused. This gives me the right amount of variation and gives me some time to breathe between the crazy cardio days (M, W, F, S). Previous review: 5 Stars for a fun workout that's easy to jump into, and enthusiastic trainers that cheer you on and correct your form. I recently attended a class with my neighbor, Hannah, who has been an active F45 member for several years. Luckily, they're in ClassPass, so I was able to book a spot and quickly sign in on the tablet by the door. From there I got a swift overview with a trainer and started with the rest of the group. The hour is broken up into bite-size segments at different stations. I appreciated that they have weights for all levels (I opted for the lightest to start!), but they encouraged me to push myself and eventually I increased my weights. The space was large, bright, and clean, and there was a water fountain to fill your bottle. Beyond that, everyone in the class seemed approachable if I had any questions. I'd definitely return for a class and hope to keep progressing!

On T & Th they do harder training like cardio! I really enjoyed this experience because I'm not really a morning person but waking up at 6:30 doing these mini work outs was a really great feeling. Coach Jacob was very patient and knowledgeable. He came and made sure I had the correct form when doing these exercises. I really enjoyed this class and definitely be back for another workout. I did ClassPass for this class and it was nice to be able to experience something different. There drop in classes are 27$ I believe maybe a little more if you wanted to drop it.
