I have been EOS member for a few years. I started at the hiawassee location which is the worst one . I've worked out at Casselberry , Tampa and now Kissimmee and love them. Always clean , staff is friendly and I love that the equipment is well kept. I now have 4 family members who've joined.

I've been coming for a week now and I LOVE IT! My company has a corporate discount and it made it so much more easier to join. Derrick and Floyd are awesome. Floyd assisted me with getting my new membership taken care of and Derrick helped me with the leg area and the Recovery room! He recommended different massages and things that I can take advantage of here at EōS Fitness! It's not overcrowded; they offer group classes and trainers and have sooo many different machines to choose from! Don't walk, RUNNN to the gym and get Derrick or Floyd to help you out!

Left a mess on a slow Weds.

The issues I bring up in this review I brought up in my cancellation notice, so this location…read moreshould theoretically be aware of these concerns. The biggest problem at this Planet Fitness is that the staff exists to keep the equipment clean, and does not really enforce any of the gym's own quality of life rules that keep any gym a reasonable place to work out. There is a professionalism problem at this location. I nicknamed this location "Planet Cellphone", because it is the poster child for how smartphones have made the experience of working out much worse for people at the gym. Every gym has to deal with this problem, and there is no exception to it. The biggest issue at this gym is the unwillingness of its staff to enforce rules to keep phone conversations in the lobby or shut down anyone who has the temerity to use their phones to view videos or listen to music without headphones. Several times I asked staff to ask other gym goers to get off their phones while working out on machines next to me. Only twice did staff actually do it, while the other four or five times they thanked me for bringing it up and did nothing. To make matters worse, one of the two times staff did intervene, they had walked by, twice, a person talking on their phone on the treadmill *in front of the sign that says no phone conversations except in the lobby*. When I pointed this out to them, they got annoyed and argued briefly before getting the person to end their conversation. As a result of the staff's apathy towards cell phone conversations in the gym and resistance to enforcing rules, it is not uncommon for as many as half a dozen people to be on their phones while you're working out around them gym. Sometimes these conversations are being had on speakerphone, which is unreal because these annoying conversations are from everything to discussions of how to access their home WiFi (including speaking out loud their passwords) to results of medical tests for sexually transmitted diseases. I worked out next to this girl who called her boyfriend while on one of the Smith machines, and she had a conference call out loud with someone else. In the aerobics room to the side of the gym, a lady who seemed to be a psychologist was having an appointment there, in the gym, for everyone to hear. In the aerobics room, people will put their speakerphones on full blast and play workout videos without headphones, so you have to hear them blowing out their cellphone speakers while they play something off YouTube. And this apathy from staff then extends to texting on machines, which is big trouble with machines when there's only one type of it in the gym. It's not uncommon for someone to text between sets, only to take like 10 minutes between reps because they lose track of time on the machine. This is a noted problem in all gyms, and it's not uncommon for 24 Hour Fitness, YMCA, LA Fitness, and other chains to put up signs on commonly used machines to warn gym goers not to sit on the machines and text as if they were furniture between sets, and to let others get sets in while they cool down from their own. All these problems stem from staff and management. They should be enforcing their own established gym rules and create larger signs and notices governing cellphone use in the gym. It's an obvious quality of life problem everywhere, but where this Planet Fitness is unique is that their staff does nothing about it and will ignore or even argue with a gym goer who asks them to enforce their own rules. You can see these problems start with the staff at the front desk. I don't know how many times I've seen staff with their backs to the gym, facing away while on their cellphones. It's so unprofessional. They turn around when someone comes in, they check them in, say hi, and then turn around right back to their cellphones. I did not see a single personal trainer in the gym the whole 15 months or so I was there, so I don't know if the staff is bored or simply does not care (I don't know what they make, so this would become an issue if they are paid too little). They're all mostly nice, and a few are even helpful - shout out to Austin and Spencer. But there's clearly a culture of apathy towards the running of the gym with staff and management, which in my experience starts at ownership. I changed gyms in March and the difference is stark. I was going to keep going to Planet Fitness because of the cost, but once my insurance was no longer paying for it, I found that I was not able to justify putting up with the issues I detailed above. At my new gym, the staff is so much more responsive to basic problems and while there's always going to be an issue with people treating the gym like their living room, I don't have to hesitate to bring it up with the staff. I also have a sauna now, which was the other major motivation for paying more for my gym. I don't hold this against Planet Fitness at their price point, though.

The machines I used I felt a bit more comfortable using them here. There were some machines though that they didnt have the exact same as other locations but the employee told me where they were and how it was the same just a different look. (bar instead of a pull down rope)... as I was looking for the rope. I have the black card so signed up for the massage chair. I was handed 2 coins as I was very confused but I had to put them in the machine and the massage would start. The chairs do need to be updated as you heard all the movements. So it wasnt 100% relaxing but it did get to the spots that I needed. This will be a location that I would choose to stop by again when in the area. And it was very clean.

I communicated with someone on IG and they were very, very nice. Location: Super clean, very nice lobby area. 2 restrooms to use/change. Happy smiling staff! The row room (I'm sure it has a real name) is dark in a cool way. The ergs are set up in nice rows but you still have some of your own space and they have fun lighting to use during the class. Coach: Danny was in charge of my first 2 visits and he was VERY helpful and patient with me. That second round was rough for me but he was super supportive and makes a point to speak to everyone - and knows people's names! It feels like a really supportive group where people are invested in each other. I've also had Tina who keeps you moving - shorter class, gotta go hard - and she was very motivational for an early Sunday morning! Class: The Signature is only - ha! "only" - about 45 minutes. Once you get the hang of how to work the machine, you can get into a good rhythm. I'm still working on my posture, but I feel stronger when I'm there. You get off the machine twice and that makes me feel dizzy but I'll get there. The whole class is motivated and cheering each other on! The atmosphere is great. I've also done the Express and there were only 4 of us total so it was not as loud but definitely just as much of a workout, I may have sweated more!! Overall: I really enjoy this workout. It's not HARD on any specific part of your body but you are definitely working and getting stronger. I'm signed up for a few more and excited to go - which I have never said about another workout in my life before...ever.

I joined during the pre-opening sale and got a killer deal on my membership. The gym is brand-spanking new. It's been open less than a month. 25 ergs (I learned a new word...) all digitized so after each class you get an email with your stats. You sign up through an app, pick your erg, and attend a bomb class. There are classes all day, from 5:30 AM - 8:30 PM. There are 6 different types of classes - all include rowing but some include hand weights, some body weight exercises, stretching, and/or HIIT style. There are even classes designed specifically to help with your form/technique and another for endurance. No mater your style, you'll find something you like. Also: - Sheri, the owner, is SUPER nice. She owns both locations. She opened Row House because there was nothing like it, purely dedicated to rowing, in the area. She couldn't find what she was looking for so she built it her damn self. How bad ass is that!? She takes the classes along with this and really cares about her members. - The staff are all fantastic! The lovely ladies at the front desk and coaches are all there to pump you up, keep you motivated, and are super friendly. - I've tried had all but 1 coach so far and each one is great in their own way. Nicole and Jade were there when I signed up and I love them both. Their classes are super high energy and they get you riled up! Releen, Ty, Kelly, and CC are all fantastic! Their classes are challenging and they love calling people out and giving them kudos in class. Seriously, you cannot go wrong regardless who's class you sign up for. And, bonus, these are all people who I'd totally hang with outside of the gym - they are all just that nice! I love their energy, it's infectious. I highly recommend you check them out! I'm totally a fan and hooked! I'm gonna be chizzled in no time! (Prob not, because food, but one can hope!)

I've tried physical therapy, acupuncture, yoga and weights to work through my injuries to no avail. So I went in for a consult. He asked a ton of detailed questions, wrote down a ton of notes, took measurements and walked me through the goals for each week. He gave me actionable nutrition advice that helped me stay on track even to this day. If you have scar tissue, an unresolved injury, are frustrated with your physical therapist (like I was), Jim will change your world. After the first session I had improved range of motion in my left side. He is extremely detailed oriented and will challenge you to the end but will adapt every motion to meet you where you are.
