I'm newer to this gym as I've only been coming for a few weeks but I can say with confidence that this is a great gym! Friendly staff. Plenty of equipment to choose from, Olympic style lifting stations, sauna, hot tub and pool, kid play area, massage chairs/recovery room, and my personal favorite touch- a cinema workout room with cardio machines. I have been a member here for about 6 months now. The fitness classes are taught by amazing instructors in the Les Mills style. The pool area is really nice with warm water, a large jacuzzi and a nice sauna inside the locker room. The staff is super friendly. Also, it's opened 24 hours!! They have many features that I haven't seen in other gyms. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the gym can get crowded and the population is very young, therefore there is a lot of selfie taking in the locker room, people leaving their shoes on in the sauna and an overall lack of understanding of gym etiquette. There is also a big push by EoS to get more members, which is a bit annoying when they already have so many people, with a crowded parking lot. read more

I absolutely love this gym. It is always clean. It's always spacious and they have so much going on. I love the BBL room because it allows us to go in there and work on ourselves without being ogled or worry about people filming us or anything else weird I have taken advantage of the massage area as well as some of the personal training. All of it is always on point and something I would definitely recommend you doing the fact that it's 24 hours truly has really helped out a lot as well because sometimes you just wake up in the middle of the night and you wanna work out anytime I've gone. I felt safe with the staff that that's there and the patrons even a parking lot I've never felt like I had to worry about being there. This is definitely a safe, clean environment that you will definitely see goals from because you're not distracted by any other BS. read more

BEWARE: Unprofessional Staff, Empty Promises, and Financial Dishonesty My experience with EOS Fitness has been nothing short of a nightmare -- a masterclass in how not to run a business. I'm writing this review to warn others before they get trapped in the same mess. Timeline of Deception: March 10, 2025 - I signed up after being told by a salesperson 'Derrick' (approx. 6ft, curly hair, younger, chubby build) that cancellation within 3 days would prevent any future charges -- specifically a $99 fee scheduled for April 9. This was said clearly and without hesitation. March 13, 2025 - I cancelled in person at the same location. I also called to confirm the cancellation, yet they refused to provide any written or email confirmation. Red flag. April 9, 2025 - Despite honoring the 3-day cancellation window, I was charged $99. EOS violated their own verbal agreement and processed a fraudulent transaction on my spouse's account. April 10, 2025 - I visited the location again. Spoke to the general manager, Dre Savage -- yes, that's apparently his real name -- who was more interested in dismissing me than resolving anything. He handed me a generic number for ABC Financial and told me to dispute the charge there, clearly trying to push me out the door. When I returned after ABC said they couldn't help, Dre backtracked, contradicted himself, and ultimately stormed off instead of owning up to the situation. The only professionalism I encountered was from Floyd at the front desk, who at least took me seriously and escalated the issue to Operations Manager Richard Green. Richard looked me in the eyes and promised cancellation and a refund. I walked out thinking someone had finally done the right thing. Today is April 20 -- and nothing has changed. No refund. Membership still shows as active. No accountability. Bottom line: EOS Fitness talks a good game during signup, but when it comes to honoring cancellations, they gaslight, stonewall, and hide behind technicalities. The staff -- particularly management -- lacks integrity and customer care. If your idea of a gym experience includes chasing refunds, contradicting managers, and unfulfilled promises, this is your place. Otherwise, stay far away. read more

I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from this gym. Tonight when another member in the pool was intentionally splashing me and the bench area, the manager Will, instead of asking him to be more careful, just agreed with the other member and moved the bench. I had asked the swimmer nicely to stop splashing the bench area and he said "no, you should move!!!" Then put on his flippers and swim mits and continue swimming splashing even more!!! So, when I spoke with Will and the General Manager was there watching too, he said we put the bench in the wrong spot, it was our fault. I said so it doesn't matter that I was getting splashed because of your error, you are just going to appease him and ignore my feelings about the matter. He said yes, sorry. Irene, the general manager said NOTHING!!! I was quite disappointed in their handling of this situation. Clearly the MAN swimming matters more than the WOMAN getting wet because of their negligence!!! Obviously, MEN still rule the world!!! Beware women, if you attend this gym. I love the gym location, facility and staff. Their PT manager however, is a child. Myself and another female were working out togther and getting content for social media. Mind you , there at least 3 other couples working out together . I noticed the trainers staring at me upset because it looked like I was " training" her. Mind you, the other couples, were doing the same thing- one person was clearly more advanced than the other. Long story short, Im on the floor , phone in hand , reviewing the content, my friend is working out, and Michael ( blond haired PTM) walks up and hovers over me and just says " A word..." Like Im his employee... like im his child or like Im not a grown ass woman. He basically told me I was taking money out of his trainers pockets.... I explained that I WAS THE member, not her, she was my guest and she lives in Kissimmee, so I couldn't possibly be taking any money out of any trainers pockets aside from the Crunch she goes to out there but hasn't hired a trainer at.... ANYWAYS , I know the rules of the gym, that's why I purposely worked in sets in between her , but for whatever reason it was only a problem when I did it. So I mentioned how problematic it is to single one couple out when there are multiple.. they made an assumption based on how we looked conpared to other couples training together. He didn't take it well, and in fact , gives me childish dirty looks everytime. I rarely go now, despite loving the facility . He tainted that experience for me. We need safe spaces to work out because certain people don't know how to act. read more

I've been coming for a week now and I LOVE IT! My company has a corporate discount and it made it so much more easier to join. Derrick and Floyd are awesome. Floyd assisted me with getting my new membership taken care of and Derrick helped me with the leg area and the Recovery room! He recommended different massages and things that I can take advantage of here at EōS Fitness! It's not overcrowded; they offer group classes and trainers and have sooo many different machines to choose from! Don't walk, RUNNN to the gym and get Derrick or Floyd to help you out! read more

Kids acting like idiots in the gym, no one reracks weights, and employees literally let it all happen. Haven't seen one employee tidy up the area, rerack weights, or police the childish behavior. I went into workout at 8:00. I told Irene the general manager upfront all I wanted/needed was the swimming pool. I use my home gym for everything else. She proceeded to take me on a 45 min tour of the whole facility. Then when we got around to where I could go swim there were only 3 pathetic lap lanes and they were full. I came to workout and I left with nothing but wasted time. Additionally their key card was broken from the swimming pool to the locker room. So they expected me to walk from the pool to the from to grab them to open the door for me. Like wait? You want me to walk throughout the whole gym in my swim suit? Uh nope! read more

February 23, 2025 I visited the EōS Fitness at Casselberry today at 6:30 p.m. after seeing their ad for a 7-day free trial. However, I was told my address was outside their "surrounding range," making me ineligible. Nowhere in their ads or on their website did they mention this restriction. To make matters worse, the customer service was poor. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concern, and I felt insulted by their behavior. It was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. read more

Various issues with the gym. I originally joined because i was told several times by various employees including the GM that there was no filming on the gym floor... apparently that was just a lie to get me to sign up since their sales were slow when they opened. The even allow people to come in with camera guys to film content. Next issue reported a member for taking pics in the locker room... which is an area where privacy should 100% be protected. The member is still there meaning they don't care. I mean in a review someone took a pic of the sauna... and they liked it so yeah. After canceling my PT they charged me again past the 30 days. Fighting for a month now to get my refund. Just pass on this gym... too many headaches. read more

My experience has been great at this gym! I've gone to several gyms before like Retro Fitness and Amped Fitness but none of them match the amount of equipment and kindness of the staff. I decided to do personal training with Johnny Puebla, and he's been awesome! He is super insightful and will definitely push you on your workouts. If you are looking to make serious progress I definitely recommend him as your trainer. read more

I made up my mind before even visiting they gym that I was going to purchase the basic membership. However after speaking with the sales associate "Hercules" I quickly changed my mind.He was extremely rude! I had mentioned to him that he didn't need to show me all the extras as I was only interested in using the free weights and cardio. He Immediately said in a rude manner "Let me just do my Job" After the tour he went over the 3 types of memberships and asked which one made the most sense? Well if he was listening to me in the beginning I mentioned I was only interested in the basic membership. He then asked when I could come back in to finalize the membership to get started. I told him I was unsure because I am traveling next week. He looked at me like I was lying or something? He did not even say "Have a nice workout, or enjoy our gym" I could clearly see his only intention was to get a sale and no interest in my need. Wow what a horrible experience and extremely poor customer service. Also upon checking in the person at the front desk was rude and gave me a attitude. great equipment! lots and lots of young people having a great workout! so, If you come here to hangout/ take up space for 30m without actively working out, If you came here within the first week of opening and broke the sauna, if you're coming here to do anything but WORKOUT , Go back to whatever gym you came from. you will be asked "are you done over here" by several people because you are not actively working out. this gym is BUSY and you're making it more busy. read more
