I had an appointment set by the VA for 4 pm yesterday. It was for a deeply personal claim. I got…read morethere on time and first had to prove I had the exam, so I showed them the letter. Then I was told the provider, Karen M, wasn't there. I was crying at this point because this is a 2 1/2 year claim. Another woman came out and said, "the VA canceled it". She asked if I wanted her to contact the owner. I said yes, sat down and called a friend because I was upset. Next thing I know a male cop comes in. I got off the phone then he comes over- stands over me- wants to know what was going on. i asked him to back up. I wasn't threatening anyone, didn't threaten myself, I was crying. That's it. He wouldn't. I was traumatized enough from the military. I didn't want to have to talk to a stranger about what happened. The request was for a female provider for a reason. Now a Plymouth police MAN is asking me what happened and standing OVER ME. Then a second MALE Officer comes in. I leave, they stand there banging on my car window. it got worse- I got home and a MALE Canton cop was at my door waiting for me. Karalee & Associates are HORRIBLE. I called the VA ---- they did NOT cancel the exam, but now I run the risk of losing my claim because Karalee (contracted by Optum Serve) didn't see me. These counselors should know how to NOT escalate a situation. They certainly should not be seeing Veterans.

Rather than reach out to me on my phone personally, they mailed me a bill. I called numerous times and left multiple messages to billing trying to take care of the issue. Come to find out they sent to collections and a law firm reaches out to me and it was two bills, another they were billing to our super old address. (Which is strange, they know I moved hence the one bill being sent to my current address) The insurance she switched to may have actually been able to cover the bill but because they waited YEARS to notify me that insurance didnt pick these bills up, it is now too late to bill out insurance. They are unprofessional and didn't even help my daughter if anything made her worse. They prey on already vulnerable individuals going through a hard time to try to find a loophole to financially hurt a family. I am actually in disbelief and will be contacting BBB as I would not want ANYONE else to go through what we have with this place. Take you or your child elsewhere, this place will create mental trauma by having to deal with them and try to reach them on a daily basis. Let these reviews speak for themselves. They have less than 3 stars for a reason. They'd probably have even less but their clients may not be the type to want to speak up on their scams. Do your research! Dr. Fronczak is compassionate, kind, intelligent and thorough. I've never "stuck" with therapy…read morelong-term until I started seeing her. She gives me a sense of calm ... she's impartial, supportive, and isn't afraid to challenge me when necessary. We have a conversation -- so there's actual dialogue and an exchange of ideas every session. I've been to other doctors where I do all of the talking and you never really hear from them except generic comments to keep you talking. Dr. Fronczak is different in that she is an active participant in the sessions -- you're not just sitting there, being observed. She's engaged. And by the questions she asks and how she guides us through sessions, it's obvious she cares. She is whip smart and points out any inaccuracies (for example if I'm coming to an irrational conclusion), or patterns and makes helpful observations about things I wouldn't have otherwise realized. She is a great therapist. And I have seen several. I feel a sense of calm and stability when speaking with her and after leaving. She is prompt. Very flexible with scheduling and payment. My prescriptions are always given to me with 3 refills and more than enough medication to see me thru to the next appointment. They have therapists at the clinic too and mine has been great. I am listened to, empathized with and counseled each time I visit. They even helped me with my social security forms and disability. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and compassionate place to go.
