On the second visit the office hounded me to reschedule calling the Friday before, the morning of and then about noon with her appointment at 345. They booked her visit during "procedure" time. We were told to make appointment for the procedure on the second visit and did for today 2/10. When arriving this morning we were told it was actually for tomorrow 2/11. This is after I called to confirm and got the automated message confirming 2/10. The front desk staff needs training in customer service badly. When leaving the on the second visit I had to tell them about the procedure scheduling. She argued with my daughter this morning that she booked it for 2/11 and that we got it wrong. We are done with this place. Two visits, no results. Nothing more than any walk in clinic could do.

She said it needed to be smoothed out. Then she put the polish all over my toes and cuticals. Shelia's hands were shaking and this caused me to have very uneven polish. For the powder manicure, it came out thick, gloopy with some nails smooth and some rough. It was all over my cuticals and when I questioned this Shelia said it would peel off overnight and be perfect the next day. I had never had this procedure and thought I would wait until next day to see. It did not get better, so I call and went back to have them removed. Shelia admitted my toe nails did not look right and she redid the polish. It did not look better, but still not a good pedicure. She also took off the powder material. Well over a decade ago my mom got Botox from someone in NJ and her eye drooped and it made me a bit apprehensive, even though my forehead has extremely defined deep wrinkles due to having a very expressive face. Christina was quick to respond to my first message, and promptly schedule a friend and I to go in together for a consult and subsequent injections. She answered any/all questions we had professionally and with evident experience that put me at ease. The whole experience was great. We left smiling and excited for our next trip. Christina doesn't push you to get anything that you don't need, and I trusted her judgement with what and where I should get injections to start. I'll be going back this week, two months after my initial visit since my body seems to metabolize the Botox fairly quickly - and I had started with a small amount anyway. I'm no longer anxious to get Botox with Christina, because she very quickly gained my trust and I loved the results. I had 12 units in between my eyebrows for the 11's, 12 units across a few spots for my horizontal forehead lines, and 4 units on either side of my eyes for crows feet.
