First I had some filler added to both of my temple areas as I noticed some volume loss and hollowing which happens with age apparently. I didn't want to wait until it got so bad that there was possibly no help available. I felt no pain just a lil pressure. I'll admit I was a lil afraid at first but a min into the treatment I was like was that it?! I will post pics in two weeks once it's settled in but it already looks soooo much better. Next, I decided since I was already there lol to add some volume to my lips once again due to age I noticed that they needed a lil pick me up and some shaping!!! I'm so happy that we decided to do this. What a difference a lil here and there makes. My face looks more balanced and over all younger. She made me feel extremely welcomed, and she was so kind and really made me feel heard about any concerns I did have (shape, size, etc.) I did come under the impression I would get my lips done the same day (my own fault) and I have an extremely busy schedule due to school. She made magic happen, and was able to fit me in the same day. Of course, lips are swollen after getting them done, and I was worried. She assured me everything will be fine, and I would most likely miss the swollen phase (she wasn't lying). Karina has boosted my confidence, and has made me feel like a new woman. I love my new shape, and she killed it in every aspect possible. I get so many compliments now! She has absolutely earned my trust with my lips, and I will never go to anyone but her. found this place that opens 7 days a week, 10min from the house. as we've just moved to this area…read moreand need to find a new doctor. also needed to get my coughing checked out fast. all other doctors have a long wait schedule. loved it opens 7 days a week and welcomes walk-ins, what a concept?! came in twice so far, both time were walk-in and greeted by the front desk staff and waited about 30mins before I was seen by PA on duty. 1st visit was with Amy, who assessed my symptoms and prescribed antibiotics and cough medicines for my cough. I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly. So happy I've found this place w/in 10min. from my house.

While I was trying to explain my situation and ask for help, he repeatedly interrupted and cut me off before I could finish speaking. He showed very little patience and seemed completely unwilling to listen or provide any assistance. This kind of attitude is unacceptable for someone working at the front desk of a healthcare facility. Patients come to a clinic because they need help, and the very least they should receive is basic courtesy, patience, and respect. Based on my interaction with him, John needs significant customer-service training before working in a position that requires direct interaction with patients. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that patients are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

I am giving this place two stars not because of the treatment because all I got done here was blood…read morework. I went in for an HRT consultation and when I called in I spoke to Shannon who is the owner here and she told me it would be a $50 consultation charge and that it's applied to my blood work. Well she never told me how much the blood work was and after seeing her and going to the front I was told it was $250. Hmmm...and the $50 is applied to the bloodwork. Well that was a surprise. Immediately they scheduled me an appointment to come back so I can get my results and they can tell me where I go from there. I asked because they were not forthcoming in telling me how much my next visit would be and I was told $175. So I said okay does this $175 apply to whatever HRT I will be taking and I was told yes it would apply to the first month. And if I don't need it does the $175 visit apply to anything? Who knows? I will see when I go to my next appointment. Based on that I will update my experience but so far it's all about money and what I can do for them not the other way around. I know way too many places that offer HRT that I can go to, I chose this one because it was down the street from me. Again...once I get to my next appointment I will update my review if it happens to be a pleasant experience.
