My wife came in yesterday to get a prescription for her infection. She is breastfeeding a newborn and made that clear to the doctor. However, when the prescription was fulfilled, the pharmacist advised not to take it if breastfeeding an infant at his age. We then reached back out to the doctors office while they were open and talked to their call center staff who reached out to the office. A different doctor responded and said not to take that medicine as it says it shouldn't be taken by an infant under 1 month. So we asked if they could write us a new prescription. The staff member said now that they were closed we'd have to wait until the next day. We said we were going to go to a different urgent care to get a new prescription and we asked if we could get our co-pay back. When we were enroute, someone else from their call center called us and said that she'd try reaching out to the doctor directly who wrote the prescription to see if he could send a new prescription; but that she wasn't sure he'd answer. We were ok with this and advised that we again weren't going to wait for another day due to the infection causing fever, chills, etc... so were enroute to another urgent care. Once arriving at the other urgent care and just prior to getting checked in, they called back and advised they would send out a new prescription. The issue this time was now they sent it to a closed pharmacy and we had to ask them to transfer it to an open one. But when they transferred it, the insurance then denied covering 3 medicines for the same illness due to it being asked to treat the same infection 3 times. So we had to pay out of pocket for the new medicine at the pharmacy that was now open. It's ridiculous that the doctors here don't listen. We've also had issues with our physicals being done here as they'll send them to the lab with the wrong GL codes. Needless to say, we're moving our PCP's away from this office and will chose another Urgent care for treatment around town. They could make this right by refunding us our co-pay, but i doubt they'll even read this review. read more

If you have any type of common sense or knowledge of proper healthcare, don't come here. I scheduled an appointment online early this morning to be seen at the Corona location. Upon arrival, I told the male assistant why I was here, letting him know I've had a fever of 102 consistently for 4 days and I have severe pain. He said to fill out a new patient form. I advised him I've been here before and I had an appointment. I was then told appointments are only for primary care. I questioned this, but was unable to be provided a sufficient answer. I then was told the wait would be almost 2 hours. There were only 2 patients in the waiting room and 2 in the back. When asked why so long, I wasn't given an answer. I asked the male to input my information and I'll wait. He looked at me lost like he didn't know what to do. The female had to keep assisting him, but then she kept chiming in with "we just don't take appointments" " we just can't help you" "I'll tell my manager your issues, it's fine." Clearly there's no accountability nor disciplinary action exerted within this establishment, it's embarrassing. The front staff needs a complete retraining on how to deal with patients, policies, friendliness, and knowledge. They are young with zero healthcare and patient experience. read more

My daughter's friend visited this place since he doesn't have insurance. The website clearly states that cash patient price ranges from $60-$100, depending on location. This Yelp page states their rate is $80 for new cash patients, and $60 for returning cash patients. (See attachments) We chose this place due to the transparency of pricing. However, he was charged $120 and was too afraid to ask why. We feel lied to and taken advantage of. Not recommended. read more

My primary is at this office Dr. Peterson so he's the only one I can really give a full five stars for. Sadly, he's only there Mondays and Tuesdays so if you have any issues, you really need to plan ahead. He's a great doctor and they have a couple great PAs, but they also have a couple that I don't care for. I think we all have a preference when it comes to a healthcare and I would say the biggest problem with this is they are called an urgent care and they are primary offices for many people and it becomes very difficult for disability for Social Security for anybody that reads letters stating about my health, it always says urgent care as if I went into a walk-in and that doesn't look good for anybody read more

I have been here a few times and all were positive. The last visit was exceptional. I took my wife in last Sunday as she had been sick for 7 days with a virus causing severe discomfort. We were fortunate enough to be consulted by Paul. His bedside manner was terrific. He listened to her. Talked her through treatment options and reasons for each. Explained what and ER visit could provide that he could not. Sent her prescription off and we were back home with prescription in hand within 45 min. It was great to be listened to, not be dismissive (which sometimes happens at Urgent Cares) and be so thorough. Thank You Paul for what you did. P.S. I've thought long and hard before leaving this review, but I'm honestly in disbelief over my experience. I understand things happen--offices get busy, and sometimes issues are beyond anyone's control. That said, I wouldn't go back to this office, even if you paid me. We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment and were greeted adequately by the receptionist... and a cockroach crawling across the waiting area floor. The paperwork was a single sheet, with no questions about why we were there or any medical history--definitely a red flag. Maybe that was meant to be covered during the exam, but I've never been to a medical appointment where history wasn't collected up front. I also noticed that a man with a chest cold--clearly a walk-in--was taken back and seen before us. Eventually, we were placed in an exam room, where we sat for an hour and a half. No one came in. No updates. Nothing. Then the electricity went out. We sat in pitch darkness, and not a single staff member came by to check on us, open the door, or even acknowledge we were still sitting there. If we hadn't opened the door ourselves, I'm honestly not sure how long we would've been left there--possibly until they went to lunch and locked up. The facility was slightly dirty--overflowing trash, unclean bathrooms--and overall, the environment didn't inspire confidence. Even more concerning: I could hear everything going on in the exam room next to us. I now know more about another patient than HIPAA would ever allow. That level of privacy breach is just unacceptable. Eventually, the doctor came in just to say he couldn't see us due to the power outage. No introduction, no greeting, no apology. Just the announcement at best. I'm not high maintenance, but I do expect basic common sense and courtesy. This place might work for walk-in urgent care, but as a regular primary care provider? Absolutely not. Back to the drawing board l go read more

Wow my husband got a bad injury in his calf leg. In extreme pain . Never been here before but walked in . Didn't wait long . The NP was beyond nice and very concerned ordered an immediate X ray and MRI . The place was clean friendly front office . So happy to have this close to my home . I will be returning if needed. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this experience has been very frustrating. When calling in for refills, I'm told the prescription will be sent- only to never hear back. When I checked with the pharmacy, they confirmed no prescription had been received. This happened twice. After calling the clinic again, I was suddenly told I'd need an appointment to get the refill. This wasn't even for the insulin itself, it was for pen needles. There's already an active insulin prescription; without needles, how is the insulin supposed to be administered? The front desk staff also seem inconsistent and unclear. One moment they say they'll request an urgent phone visit; the next, they'll "call me back if it's approved." Which is it? Is the visit required by protocol or not? This lack of coordination and communication makes it very discouraging to manage necessary medical supplies. read more

I went to the doctor after 6 days of feeling lousy. I hoped it would just go away. I felt lousy was weak had brain fog and was not sure where to go. We saw high reviews for TotalCare so went there. We were pleasantly surprised. Sign in was easy and fast, my wait was short. When I got in to see the PA, I was so pleased. I felt listened to, he taught me a lot about what I needed to do and about my situation. He was very knowledgeable. By the time I left I felt like I knew what to do, and he understood my problem. So I decided to go to urgent care to see if I could get some quick meds to help me out. Found this place on yelp and I was in and out in less than half an hour as a walk-in. I don't like leaving one star reviews but after the nightmare billing experience I've had (and still enduring), how can I not? In July 2025, I stopped in to be seen and was informed I had a balance due from previous services. Confused I owed such a large sum, I paid it since I wouldn't be seen if otherwise. They assured me I can dispute it if I found records that I previously paid my bill. Fast forwarding to present day, I found records that I indeed paid what I owed them which included services for myself and my son. I showed them evidence of the online bill I paid from Oct 2024 and a picture of the July 2025 receipt that showed them deducting $308 from my card! I went through several phone calls of them questioning their inability to get their billing services right and TO THIS DAY still DO NOT have the money back in my account. Once they received my evidence and confirmed I needed to be refunded for what they double charged me, they agreed to process the refund when I spoke to a girl at the Corona clinic on Sept 25th. She seemed as though she lacked confidence and asked for my credit card information twice. To this day, my card was not refunded and now have to handle this dispute between their billing person and my bank. I now know that the refund was not processed correctly. Instead I was told when I arrived in person to handle this on October 6th "I'm sorry, but the receipt is our evidence a refund was processed". DO NOT come here if you want to risk having a billing issue. If you do, save everything from them. I will not return here again, they have lost my trust. It's a shame because I liked their care / doctors but the hassle I have recently faced is just not worth it! read more
