    If you have any type of common sense or knowledge of proper healthcare, don't come here. I scheduled an appointment online early this morning to be seen at the Corona location. Upon arrival, I told the male assistant why I was here, letting him know I've had a fever of 102 consistently for 4 days and I have severe pain. He said to fill out a new patient form. I advised him I've been here before and I had an appointment. I was then told appointments are only for primary care. I questioned this, but was unable to be provided a sufficient answer. I then was told the wait would be almost 2 hours. There were only 2 patients in the waiting room and 2 in the back. When asked why so long, I wasn't given an answer. I asked the male to input my information and I'll wait. He looked at me lost like he didn't know what to do. The female had to keep assisting him, but then she kept chiming in with "we just don't take appointments" " we just can't help you" "I'll tell my manager your issues, it's fine." Clearly there's no accountability nor disciplinary action exerted within this establishment, it's embarrassing. The front staff needs a complete retraining on how to deal with patients, policies, friendliness, and knowledge. They are young with zero healthcare and patient experience.

    Great PA. I felt heard. Sent in to pharmacy right away. Was able to go right to pharmacy & then come home to rest .

Then she got my email address wrong when I tried to sign up for the patient portal. When I called back I spoke with Gwen, who was super friendly and helpful. She corrected the error right away. I arrived early for my first appointment and was taken in at a decent time but it took a while to actually see Dr. Virk. When I met him, he seemed very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. He seemed like he actually read through the thick patient intake packet I completed. He was warm and genial. He didn't seem to be in a huge rush to get me out of the door. I was pleased with my experience, and felt that the wait was worth it. When I got my lab work done, I messaged Dr. Virk but never received a response from him, only from his staff stating they had sent the message to him. When I tried to call, I left a callback number after a long wait and was never called back, though the automated message stated I was next in line. I left another message on the patient portal explaining this and my availability in trying to schedule an appointment. I did receive a call and voicemail the following morning. When I called back, I immediately received an answer and was able to schedule a phone visit within a few weeks. My previous doctor's office allowed people to schedule appointments online through their patient portal or via text, which I found helpful. I do wish this was the case with this office. I also wish I could see after visit care instructions and information on the patient portal, as I can be forgetful with verbal instructions and would like to be able to refer back on the specific directions my doctor has given. Overall, I like this office, but having a more modern way of scheduling appointments and accessing my health data would make it 5 stars.

Maria at billing was a horrible representation of how Dr. Pat runs her practice. This lady was unprofessional, made you feel dumb if you don't know medical terms she was using, raised her voice at me and was extremely rude... I did call the office back to let them know how business is being handled and I it Shouldn't matter if I'm a new patient or old patient you shouldn't be treated like that.

I'm 57 years old and did not suffer any injury or fall for my compliant of back pain. I needed a note for work and went there because they were on my health insurance authorized provider list. Also, I went back the following day to collect my receipt because I did not receive it on date of service. I later noticed receipt indicated I paid $35., but my bank showed a $36. draft. I called their office this morning and was told, "I told you about the fee" when in fact they did not. I had cash on me on day of visit so I would have just paid cash. She also said "there is a small sign" at front desk, which obviously should be much larger since I did not see it. The $1. fee is not the point, the point here is the fee was not disclosed.     I've been coming to dr. Chidi for years now. He explains the situation in the level that you can…read moreunderstand and figure out the treatment together. Also I can see him when I need to. I don't have to wait for days for an appointment. Nurses in the front office are especially nice & friendly. My only issue is with their billing. The billing company that use is impossible to deal with. Never return your calls and one doesn't know what the other did. They send claims to insurance too late or not at all ... and are too happy to send it to collection agency.
