found this place that opens 7 days a week, 10min from the house. as we've just moved to this area and need to find a new doctor. also needed to get my coughing checked out fast. all other doctors have a long wait schedule. loved it opens 7 days a week and welcomes walk-ins, what a concept?! came in twice so far, both time were walk-in and greeted by the front desk staff and waited about 30mins before I was seen by PA on duty. 1st visit was with Amy, who assessed my symptoms and prescribed antibiotics and cough medicines for my cough. I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly. So happy I've found this place w/in 10min. from my house. read more

I recently moved to California. I choose TotalCare as my primary health care provider. My thought was... Everything and everyone in one place. Nice. I was satisfied until I needed to update my truck drivers license DOT status with a physical. (I have to say the Doctors and the personnel at the offices I have visited are lovely). BUT... I have had a horrible experience since then. After a week of calling TotalCare with no return calls I was told today that it is my responsibility to submit the paperwork to FMCSA and the state. Period. I may be suspended or even fired from my job if this is not straightened out. Every time I've had this physical in the past the provider has updated the DOT. I paid almost twice as much for TotalCare to give me a total run around after the physical. Will I get a refund. lol. They will say they did their part. Now I have to pay again for another physical and I'm almost out of time. If I loose my job or get suspended because of paperwork a chiropractors office can easily handle what does this say about trusting TotalCare as a primary health provider? TO BE CLEAR: I'm disgusted with the paperwork end of TotalCare not the Doctors and everyone else involved in the offices that actually took care of me. If calling in at the corporate level for answers to my questions and they can't or won't communicate with me for over a week I'm seriously questioning my choice of TotalCare as a primary provider. What if was something was crazy serious? My healthcare provider should make things better not worse. To summarize: I had a DOT physical. I went to the CA DMV twice (commercial & regular offices) after TotalCare said that's what I needed to do. I learned that the CA DMV does not update the US DOT. After a week with no updates from TotalCare some faceless individual basically told me today that I was on my own. As I am you may want to second guess choosing TotalCare as your primary healthcare provider. PS: I don't normally review anyone or anything. I came to the conclusion to do so only because a primary healthcare provider is way to important to not bring to attention TotalCare's corporate office or whoever handles the paperwork end for completely failing in this simple but extremely important part of my healthcare. I was misdiagnosed by this clinic which caused my cancer treatment to be delayed, I came to the office with difficulties breathing but the doctor just affirmed that I have asthma, I don't have asthma. I have cancer in my chest. If I were to be referred a specialist or ordered to do a CT, it could've saved me months of suffering and risks of growing my cancer to stage 3. read more

I would not recommend this urgent care. They tried to charge me a fee, claiming it was because of my insurance. I decided to go to a different urgent care instead, and my insurance covered the entire visit with no issues. That made it clear the charge wasn't due to my insurance. On top of that, the office felt disorganized and messy. The staff wasn't very welcoming and came across as rude and uninterested. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. If you're in the area, I'd recommend going to the San Antonio Urgent Care right down the street instead. read more

The younger staff members and part-time front desk employees have always been friendly, polite, and helpful during my visits. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the older full-time front desk staff, particularly those who speak Chinese, has been much less positive. I have encountered and witnessed behavior that came across as dismissive and discourteous, both over the phone and in person. What concerned me most was observing rude interactions with elderly customers, who deserve to be treated with patience and respect. While the service provided by some team members is excellent, the inconsistency in customer service makes it difficult to overlook these experiences. This organization only cares about the money. Had a telemed appt 4 months ago and Dr has since left the group and now they want me to be seen again to renew a prescription for a CGM. They called almost two hours before appt and all they cared about was payment. I was in traffic so I requested to be billed but they wouldn't do that. I recently visited this urgent care and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was smooth, filling out paperwork was quick and easy. However the wait time once I was placed in an exam room was loooong. I was probably the 2nd or 3rd patient there, so I expected to be seen fairly quickly. The waiting room time was short, but once I was called back and put in a room, I sat there for about 40 minutes with no update. After 40 mins I went out to ask if someone was coming, only to be told that the doctor was on lunch. Why put a patient in a room if the provider isn't available? And no backup? That said, once I was finally seen, the PA was great! She was thorough, attentive, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. I really appreciated that part of the visit. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you avoid going during their lunch hours. They offer a ton of services (everything from acupuncture to Botox, surprisingly), but that variety might come at the cost of longer wait times for urgent care patients. read more

I woke up with my left ear clogged on Sunday & tried using Debrox on Sunday afternoon & Monday morning but it was no help. I could not hear from my left ear! It was really inconvenient so I ending up walking into TotalCare Eastvale for an ear lavage. The front desk lady that sat on the left with the glasses on was very kind and attentive. My dad is on Central Health under Medicare, and his assigned primary care doctor is at this clinic. At first, I thought it was pretty convenient. My dad's schedule is unpredictable, and sometimes when he's not feeling well, I try to bring him in as a walk-in. Last time we came, the front desk staff was very friendly and told us they accept walk-ins. My dad waited for over an hour, but we were okay with that--we appreciated that they could still see him. Today, the experience was very different. At the front desk was an Asian woman who spoke Chinese, but her attitude was extremely cold. She told me my dad's insurance requires an appointment and they do not accept walk-ins. I mentioned we were walk-ins last time without any issue, and she just said, "That was an exception." But no one mentioned that before, and today the clinic wasn't even busy. I'm now considering switching my dad to a different primary care doctor. The front desk staff here just doesn't seem to care. Compared to other places where people are warm and welcoming, this clinic feels lazy and indifferent. Maybe they just don't need more patients. read more

The Treatment for is very good,however the wait in line is not,sometimes they only have one person checking you in and the line can be long.

Staff at front desk is painfully slow. We waited so long with four people up front and two patients before us that we finally left before even checking in. Otherwise the lobby was empty. No common courtesy or acknowledgment. Just lazy staff. How to improve - have your staff trained and be courteous, and move with efficiency. They don't need to be fast just not lazy. Took my 17 month old son there and the doctor didn't even check his lungs or mouth after telling her that he's had a wet cough/runny nose for the past week. When she did listen after i asked her too it was for one second and she said that the baby can not take a deep breathe for her to listen. Literally the worst care we have ever received. read more

lets start with Good LUCK getting appointments, either in person or over the phone. in person will always get in after 40+ minutes after the appointment time, if over the phone then no one will call you. doctors are always lost and don't know what's the last issues or concerns. and they will refer you without giving you straight answer. read more

Rude Unhelpful and a Joke. If you have this office as your PCP...GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. My son had the misfortune of being assigned to PCP Dr. Xiao-Ling Zhang at this location. When calling to schedule my first appointment for him the girl told me it would be over a month to be seen. I asked for a call from the office manager. Twice I had to follow up to speak with him however both times he never bothered to acknowledge my request or return my call. A couple weeks went by and my son got a bad cold. I called back again asking to be seen for ATB and we needed a doctors note. This time a very rude young guy answered the phone and told me they could not see my son for 2 weeks. He proceeded to tell me to go to the ER or an Urgent Care if I didn't like it. This guy literally argued with me and talked over me repeatedly. I told him I would post a review on Yelp and he continued to be extremely disrespectful to me. I could not understand why now my son was ill and needed to see his assigned doctor but again we were being turned away. I just changed my son's PCP yesterday. AVOID THIS OFFICE. The staff is rude and belittling. They will tell you to go to the ER for a cold which is absurd. And the doctors have no time for their own patients. This office is horrible, poorly run and they are taking peoples money and refusing to see their own patients. Avoid at all cost. read more
