I am also disabled and without my vehicle I have no way to transport my mobility scooter. No rental place has this capability either when renting a vehicle to attach my rack for the mobility scooter. I found myself house bound and although I could drive I was unable to walk distance so I was also car bound. Anyone who has been diagnosed with clinical depression, knows isolation is not ideal. I worked with Mike at LTM and voiced my concerns. He listened and I truly felt heard. I was so pleased and grateful when they were able to fix my 4Runner within 15 business days from time of crash. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing.
