Todd the Manager pulled one of his mechanics off a job to diagnose the problem. 40 minutes later I was fixed up and on my way. When I went to the counter to pay, I was told "no, charge, have a safe trip". If you had guessed that it was only a blown fuse, you would be correct. Team One gets my respect and recommendation because they took time from a job to check connections, wiring and to go through 2 fuse boxes to replace a $3 fuse. Most shops would have charged me for an hour of labor or worse came up with a bogus diagnosis, overcharging me. Team One put integrity and customer service first.

Had no idea so I paid with a credit card only to find out that there is an addition 3% charge on top of it. I had diagnostics done at 2 different places prior. The car was running fine when it was dropped off. I start the car and discover that the engine is running rough, and the check engine light is still ON! Was told that the problem was an ignition coil was bad. I didn't get more than a few blocks from the shop and a pry bar extension fell out from under the car! Now I have to spend more to fix the issue. Would not recommend to anyone I know. Highly Disappointed!!!

This place had my car for 3-whole days they never called me I had to call them. Car seemed to have…read morea transmission problem. But now I know it was the coil pack going in and out causing the transmission to pulse. All they would say is it needs a tune up not telling me that now the check engine light is on and car barely idles. They called me to tell me it would be over $300 to repair. I told them how much do I owe you and paid $54 for them to drive my car waste my gas and not tell me it needed a ignition coil. I drove the car home and hooked up my code reader code P0302 came up. This means misfire cylinder 2 bad coil. I bought 1-coil and 4-spark plugs for $120. So labor cost $180 in this place for 1/2 of work. Coil packs have 1-screw and a plug to unplug. Spark plugs are right up front no cover to remove a piece of cake. I would give this place a zero if I could

He fixed it up before in 2 days when other places bounced me around for a month, and is very fair with pricing and has never tried to upsell beyond what was necessary. One time we thought it was a big problem that would've been hundreds, he figured out it was just something loose, tightened it and didn't even charge anything. Something similar this time. A different shop told me my brakes were kaput and we figured out they were fine, it was something very minor. He could've easily just changed them anyway for profit but instead took the time to explain that they were fine and the other place was full of it. Rotating the tires and fixing the psi fixed the issue. He's very down to earth and honest when something is fine vs needing work. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I recently brought my 2008 vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Immediately after receiving it back, the shifter felt rough and misaligned in a way it had not before the service, and it gets stuck. Because the issue appeared immediately after the vehicle had been in their care, I contacted the shop and reasonably expected them to inspect it as a courtesy before asking me to pay approximately $120 for a diagnostic evaluation, which they required. I was not demanding that the shop automatically pay for a repair, nor did I expect them to diagnose an unrelated shifter problem during an oil change. I simply wanted them to investigate a new issue that appeared immediately after their service and determine whether it could have resulted from how the vehicle was handled under their care. Instead, the owner's response focused on the vehicle's age, mileage, unrelated recommended maintenance, and prior hood damage from a deer accident that occurred in 2018. None of those things explain why the shifter suddenly felt different immediately after the service. The response also unfairly suggested that I was only trying to obtain a free repair and refused to consider any other possibility. That misrepresents both my concern and my intentions. I had planned to return for the other recommended services, including the state inspection, until this happened. Had the shop simply inspected the concern and handled the situation professionally, my review could have been very different. I have no problem acknowledging good service when I receive it, as shown by the fact that I returned after my first visit. This was my experience with Witmer Auto. Rather than investigating a legitimate concern that arose immediately after service, the business shifted the focus toward unrelated issues and made assumptions about my motives. I will not be returning and believe other customers should be aware of how concerns may be handled when something appears wrong after service. Update: After I raised my concerns, the business contacted me by voicemail at approximately 5:07 p.m., after closing. Later that night, at approximately 11:55 p.m., the owner sent me a private Yelp message accusing me of planning to "defame" the business, stating that I was "making a fool" of myself, and telling me, "Call me tomorrow or my attorney will be calling you." I found this late-night communication hostile and intimidating, and it further reinforced my decision not to return or negotiate.
